The biggest range and best value

The one place I've found which seems to sell genuinely local-made eco-friendly products at a reasonable price, and a gigantic range of things available. Everything I've bought smells and functions excellently, plus you can easily get discount codes and free gifts!

Sub standard customer service..

I’m afraid like many others, I’ve not had a great experience with My Little Echo Shop at all.. Being a new customer, I ordered a shampoo and conditioning bar over 2 weeks ago and had nothing but trouble.

After 2 weeks and receiving nothing, I emailed the support email address given on their website to be told that my order had left the premises and that it was the delivery courier at fault. At that point I was asked to wait another 24 hours to see if the courier company had scanned it in to be sent to which I agreed.

Again after nothing, I emailed back stating that my order was still showing as being processed and was then told that they were sorry and would get me a new order sent out asap. Well they certainly did send something out to me which happened to be someone else’s order!

At this point I’d had enough and asked for my order to be cancelled and requested a full refund. As I’d paid via PayPal, I opened up a case with the resolution centre and given the time and the circumstances that I’d been waiting, PayPal decided that a full refund was necessary which was dealt with straight away. Then yesterday (bearing in mind my order was placed on 18th June) I received my order, plus another parcel with half of my order in?!

How can you get things so wrong?! I understand that you had closed the shop due to your move a few days after I placed my order, but to blame the courier company when in fact it was your fault that my order clearly hadn’t been sent?

Looking at the other complaints here, you should have not taken any orders at all whilst you completed your move to save all of this hassle! Your turn around time to reply to any emails seems to be extremely poor, and processing of orders just the same.. I now have these bars you’ve sent which out of principle I will not be using! Please do feel free to send me through a pre paid envelope to return them to you as I have been refunded for them already.

I definitely won’t be using you again and I certainly won’t be recommending you to any friends or family. I have since ordered my shampoo and conditioning bars elsewhere.

My new favourite shop for plastic free…

My new favourite shop for plastic free shower and bath bits and bobs. Great choice for all hair and skin types with great scents and everything is kind to skin, good for you and even better kind to the environment! A UK based company so that's fab and they have a rewards program and often sending discounts and offers. I definitely recommend them and their products. I bought some shampoo and conditioner bars for myself and some for my sister too! We both are in love 🤩.

Not a happy customer

I have placed orders in the past with this online shop and never had a problem. Recently the level of customer service is awful. Having spent around £60.00 on 3 different orders I am upset to say that the first order came with smashed Glass and liquid all over it plus it took much longer than the stated time that is on the website. The second order has come with missing items (3 in total) so as you can imagine as a loyal customer I am annoyed and peed off that my hard earned money is at the moment it would seem not being well spent. I have one more order on its way plus a replacement order for the disaster of the first one and now I will probably have another one on top of that due to the missing items.
Come on My Little Echo Shop. This is not a good look for your company. Remember there are plenty of other Echo shops out there that can and will deliver a higher level of service.

Dissatisfied and definitely not worth the hassle

Like all of the other negative reviews from dissatisfied customers I’ve experienced appalling customer service. Deleting negative Facebook comments and shocked by some of the responses.
The customer service responses said they don’t even have facebook reviews. Also stating that I must have seen all the posts and could I not just be bias regarding the negative posts! They said “you are aware we're a small team of 5 All we can do is investigate delays and get parcels re-sent if requested”.
One of the Facebook comments said (before it was deleted) that the standard response time for any business is 1-2 business days. I understand you’ve had an issue and your frustrated but it doesn’t mean that you have to continually be harsh and pick fault.

I ordered 6 items on the 17/06/2022. After not received my order and several emails/deleted comments on Facebook I asked for a refund.
01/07/2022 I received my order which I couldn’t decline delivery because it was left by my gate!
Only 3 items in the battered cardboard box (If trustpilot allowed photos I would have included them)

1. My order showing 6 items.

2. The shipment email showing says 6 items were shipped.

3. I actually received - 3 items
One without a label!

4. The invoice showing 2 items refunded - not in package - when actually there were 3 items not in the package and no refund!

I asked for a pre-paid return label.

I still haven't received my £26.21 refund.

UPDATE:
Checked my account today and I have actually received my refund of £26.21.
So now I’m just waiting for a returns label for the 3 items I received.

If this little company would have been honest and transparent with their customers and admitted they couldn’t keep up with the amount of orders - instead of blaming their courier ( I’ve not had any hassle with other companies using Evri) then there might not have been so many dissatisfied customers. If I had not had my full refund I would have now been chasing them for the missing items in the package.
It’s a shame because the products looked good. I’ve always used Lush products and thought I’d give a little business a try but I won’t use this company again!

Poor delivery

Like so many reviews, delivery took so long. I eventually got parcel after a complaint, however still no response to email. Replacement items in parcel, no opportunity to choose replacements or get refund. I haven't started using products, hopefully the good reviews about products are correct.

Don’t waste your time

2 stars because some of the products are really good, but delivery and customer service it’s terrible. I order on the 14th of June and I just received my order TODAY, 1st of July, I don’t understand why it takes this long. I also didn’t received one of the items and they wrote next to the receipt: “Refund “, the other item was the wrong one and they put “replacement” and they didn’t even let me know before. I order few times before from this shop and I thought it was a good alternative because it’s eco friendly and stuff but before the delivery took ages and also I had missing items in my previous orders, I thought of giving it 2 more opportunities, but today it’s clear I’m not ordering again from this shop.

so disappointed, avoid

I purchased from them successfully in Dec 2021 so decided to order again - mistake.
Order placed 19th May. No idea where they get their estimated shipping time from as it has no resemblance to what actually happens. Finally received two of the items on 1/6/22 but one item was missing. Since then they have supposedly shipped replacements on two separate occasions but I have still not received any items, or updates from shipper that they have actually received the goods. The "it's been shipped" emails are misleading and fictitious, saying we have shipped when actually it says they are planning to ship on a future date. Always blame issues with the courier, yet other companies use Hermes quite successfully.
Won't use again, 6 weeks in and still haven't got a complete order. I've already emailed Karolina 11/6/22 so no need to suggest that thanks

Ordered a gift for a friend’s birthday with 10days notice plenty surely??
Messaged after5 days and they requested up to 2 days to investigate and trace. I messaged again after the 2 days were up.offered a refund if I don’t receive a tracking notice after another day.This is still not the gift just an ability to see it won’t be here. Order online as unable to get to shops. Now no gift😡

UNSAFE product REFUSED return. AVOID!

I cannot believe the rudeness of this company.
I bought a few items including an electric toothbrush with bamboo heads. Seemed fine - I left a positive review. However, the replacement brush heads charcoal all the bristles fell out whilst brushing.
Very dangerous and when I emailed they refused to admit there was a problem. I emailed back to state how unsafe this was and they agreed a full refund if returned. I returned via recorded post using their returns label and now they have both the faulty brush and my money they are refusing a refund.
AVOId. AVOID. AVOID. I am now having to contact tradings standards but they are making this very difficult because TS would want the faulty product to inspect yet my little eco shop asked for it back! How very convenient. Utter SCAM! I assume this is why they changed their FB ads to my little echo shop to try and remove the negative feedback.
I am entitled to a refund because it is a faulty product only used for 2 months!

***Finally*** got a refund. Yet this took how many months of emailing and incorrect legal knowledge of my statutory rights.
I laughed when they said they had givne me a £20 gesture of goodwill - in store credit!
You can keep it. Thanks fr the refund, what an awful way to deal with a faulty product and a reasonable refund request.

Great products mostly but....

I am not one to out companies/businesses for many reasons, but today I am compelled to spill the worst company experience I have ever had!
Back in December, I finally bit the bullet and decided to try shampoo and conditioner bars for our family. I chose a company called "my little eco shop" (now runs as little echo shop, which I believe is a rebrand after negative reviews). The website states 2 days for dispatch and then they used royal mail. Due to new year, I expected a delay, but was happy to see it was "dispatched" on the 4th January, only 5 days after ordered. By the 12th January, the tracking info still said "awaiting package". I decided to email the company, who seemed extremely helpful and offered to resend my order immediately. It arrived just 3 days later, where I noticed I was missing some items and the shampoo was different to the one I ordered. Emailed again and missing products were sent out immediately.
I loved the products so much I raved about them both on social media and to friends. I decided to try more of the products and ordered skincare and shower/shave soap bar 31st March. Again, my order didn't arrive or show as at the delivery company (now using Evri). Again, I emailed for an update, which prompted them to "resend" my order which arrived shortly after. And I found more products which I fell in love with.
I was frustrated with the delivery situation, but decided to stick with them and just order in advance. I figured they were a small company that blew up before they expected and couldn't keep up with supply and demand.
My last order, 25th May. The dispatch email came in the same fashion as all the others, a future delivery date stating "sent on", meaning they intend to send it on that date. Over a week later I emailed as before to chase up the order that was still not showing as received by the courier tracking. Miraculously, it appeared as received the day after! When it arrived, it was missing 2 of my conditioners. There was a pencil mark saying "refund". My dispatch email showed everything had been sent and I had no sign of a refund, nor contact to say they didn't have the product. Again, I contacted them, 3 weeks after my initial order, where they gave me the same excuses and promised to send it out again. When the same thing happened and it didn't show on the tracking, I emailed again to be told the same rubbish excuse I've had time and time again. Nothing is ever their fault and is always down to someone else's issue. I was asked to give them 2 working days to sort the issue, I gave them 3 to have a reply that showed that they do not pay attention to the emails they receive (I guess there's a lot of complaints). When my reply was pointing out the email chain, I received an email from Evri that they'd received my parcel hours later. Today, they arrived. I thought they felt different to the other conditioner bars, but decided to try it anyway. While using, it felt like I was putting a body lotion bar through my hair, my hands felt sticky and I couldn't get rid of the texture on my hands for ages! When my hair started to dry, I noticed my hair was sticky, dry and felt like I had wax in it!
I do not know if this was an accident on packaging, or petty revenge for my constant annoyed emails calling them out on their excuses, but either way I'm done! I could manage delays when they were dealt with from a simple email, but a completely wrong product that I used on myself when I have some many allergies to skincare products was too far for me!

Awful company with terrible customer…

Awful company with terrible customer service. Glad I paid through PayPal, but didn't get the option of claiming shipping back so I'm £2.99 out of pocket now 😡. Constant emails being sent, feels like I've been chasing my tail for two weeks. Customer service is horrendous. Ordered in the 17th June and still haven't received to date. Shame...

Update: I've refused delivery today 1st July. Was asked to take this review down by one of their customer service staff as they said the matter has been resolved. The matter has only been resolved because I went to PayPal. Honestly so shameful, really angry. Please don't waste your time or money 🤦🏻

Oh also I was lied to about being issued a refund for shipping. 😡😡😡😡. Guys just don't waste your time or money, save yourself a headache. I'd suggest trying Grüum out, they are excellent. Also look at the copy and pasted reply to every bad review 🤦🏻

Fabulous hair products

I was delighted with the Little Eco Shop‘s hair products. My hair is very dry and inclined to frizz, but their Bee Juice totally transformed it. The coconut shampoo and conditioner is lovely to use and seems to last a long time. I like that the products are all vegan and help the planet too.

Very disappointed 1st time order

Very disappointed 1st time order. I'm still waiting over 2 weeks later for my order. I've emailed and they replied with sending a replacement even though I explained I'm moving very soon so wouldn't get in time. I've asked if I will receive this week or get a refund but no reply. I've messaged on Facebook no reply. Would be easier if there was a phone number to deal with order problems. I'm very stressed and disappointed on top of the stress from moving. I certainly won't be recommending and now going to have to go through PayPal to get my money back. Please avoid!

This is not a positive review

This company simply excelled at letting themselves down. I ordered on the 19th may following a gift which i received from a friend from this shop. I was soooo excited as the products i had previously used were wonderful. By the 26th may the products still hadnt arrived. I contacted my little eco shop and advised of the issue and was told (as it seems were so many others) there was an issue with Evri and to contact them in a day of products hadnt arrived. A couple of days past...still no products so again i emailed them. They said they would send new stuff out. A few days later stuff still hadnt arrived so i again asked only this time i asked for my money back. It look alot longer for the company to reply this time...and before they did the delivery status changed and my products were on their way. They finally arrived (over 3.5 weeks after placing the order). Unfortunately some of the products were missing and substituted for ones of lesser value. Not only this but the delivery slip was dated 22nd may (or around then) so obviously was the first order that reportedly got stuck. I emailed again....they offered to replace or refund. I obviously said refund. At this point emails were blunter and far less frequant. Eventually i opened a case with paypal...my little eco shop then said they would refund in 3-5 working days. I was still waiting for a refund so i ended up going through paypal and received a full refund yesterday on the 26th june. Thats basically a month and a half of issues with this place. Its a shame because the products themselves are ok (they have changed something with the shampoo-its not as nice as the last ones i had), but i do love the toner etc. I do like to support small business and will continue to do so, however i will not use this place again as it should not be this complicated to get products. If it takes over week for delivery, that's fine but dont sell 48 hour delivery as its not true. Dont say something is wrong with the courier if its a small business and demand is high...be honest. Dont simply not put items in that are out of stock, let people know! It makes people angry as they ordered things, then waited weeks for the wrong stuff to arrive. All of this could be avoided and it is such a shame.

I wont buy from here again...and it seems i have just joined a number of unsatisfied customers

***Update*** its not resolved. Well it is by paypal, not by them. I didnt bother emailing them as they suggested in their original reply as id done that so many times and it became a full time job. I did eventually got my money back through PayPal as i figured i wasn't going to waste anymore time with them. So resolved is the loose term for 'we ignored it and it went away'

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. I have placed about 5 or 6 orders over the last year and have had issues with ALL OF THEM. I’ve had orders say they’ve not gone through when they have, I’ve had 2 parcels lost, some with missing items, damaged/broken items and items not arrived saying they have been refunded as they were out of stock but never actually received a refund. My latest order I placed on the 8th has still not arrived. I had an email on the 10th saying it had been shipped with tracking provided, however this has not been updated and still says evri is expecting my parcel so I emailed their customer service letting them know there was an issue. They emailed me on Wednesday to let me know they would send out a replacement as soon as possible, it is now Monday and they have only just sent it out. I would’ve much preferred a refund as I feel the same thing will happen again or I will have the same issues as I’ve had in the past. I will never be ordering from them again as the number or problems I have had is ridiculous and not with the hassle at all. From reading other reviews it seems it’s not just me that has had problems and the majority of people have had the same or similar things happen to them so I would not recommend ordering from them.

NO MONEY OR PRODUCTS

I placed an order by mid May. On May 20 I was charged. In the first two weeks no change in the status of my order occurred, so I decided to contact them. They told me that there had been an error and my parcel was supposed to be wandering around somewhere. I was offered the chance to be refunded and I took it. Curiously, they ask me to resend them the parcel if I received it ... That happened by June 8. It's June 27 and I have neither the products nor the money. I have read some reviews about this shop (late, unfortunately), and people seem to have experienced similar things with them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. It's really annoying to keep on insisting on something that should have been fixed long time ago.

UPDATE- 4 WEEKS AFTER POSTING THIS AND FURTHER EMAILS TO COMPANY I'M STILL MISSING AN ITEM FROM APRIL ORDER (AGREED TO A SUBSTITUTE) AND MISSING ITEM FROM ORDER ON 11TH JUNE PLUS THE ADVERTISED MYSTERY BAG WHICH WASN'T INCLUDED!
1st order back in April had a missing item, backwards and forwards with emails and latest update it was shipped on 9th June but Evri tracking still says awaiting to receive parcel. Made a further order on 11th June for a present and again says shipped but no parcel, no update on Evri tracking link to say they have received it, no reply to my latest email sent a week ago and no birthday present!
