i bought the peppermint oil and it has…

i bought the peppermint oil and it has done wonders for my scalp and hair from the first use! its reduced my flaking and made my actually hair super soft. i use it with one of the shampoo bars that i got free and it’s a perfect combination!

New Customer

Only placed two orders so far still waiting for the second one to arrive.
The shampoo and conditioner bars are fabulous really pleased with the way my hair feels after using them, also really pleased with the makeup brush set. My only concern so far is the length of time it takes to receive the products, delivery
time needs sorting .

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed. Order received damaged (one of the product's lids wasn't tightened properly so leaked over the rest of my order which was going to be a friend's birthday present). I contacted customer services who were prompt in answering & offered to send me a replacement product with next day delivery & in time for my friends birthday. That didn't happen & since then I'd moved house so never received. They also use Evri for deliveries who aren't the quickest. I won't be ordering from My little eco shop again, delivery lets them down which is a shame as their products are lovely.
Update since my last review I've received an email from them basically blaming their customers for their problems...🤔
"If you've checked our website & social media we're actually closed as we're changing centres and couriers due to on-going issues and customers not being very sympathic given that we're a small team of 5 who handmake all our products."

Couldn't recommend and won't be using again

UPDATE:
I've changed my review from a 2 star to 3 in light of the response I've had from the company.
I reached out via email and had a prompt reply actioning a refund for the first missing product at my request, and sending a curly hair shampoo bar out (not sure why this wasnt sent in the first place but anyway). It does seem the company are also putting measures in place to improve also so I'd perhaps give them another chance as the products are lovely.

Placed 3 orders with this company now and unfortunately its been downhill with each so I don't think I'll be placing any more.

First order was a year or more ago and was great. Great products and quick delivery. Second order was a couple of months ago. Took a long time and was missing an item which was supposedly to follow but hadn't arrived weeks later.

Third order was for new curly hair shampoo and conditioner bars after seeing an ad on Facebook. Again it took weeks to arrive and now it has its missing the shampoo bar which says refunded. I haven't received a refund and have no way of knowing when this was actioned so will keep an eye out for this but its annoying as I wouldn't have ordered the curly hair conditioner bar without the shampoo bar as well and there was no communication to say it would be refunded, bar the note on the invoice.

Just not great experiences and just seems to be getting worse. Why advertise a product you can't deliver? Unfortunately wouldn't recommend and doubt I'll be using again.

Needs better customer service

Update August 15th,2022: issue only resolved by paypal and not little ecoshop. Buy at your own risk.
Update July 15,2022: i had to escalate my claim with paypal over the "rose hip gel", i tried working with little echo ( little eco) shop but they seem unwilling as they never did send me a lable to ship the item back like they said they would. I did contact them and they cant even be clear on what they are refering to in any given email if multiple things are talked about an again i agreed to send item back if i was given a return lable an they never gave me one. In the end paypal refunded me for their mispackaged tea tree gel (tea tree gell packed into the rose hip gel tin). While some of their products i do like i dont see myself buying from them again.

They say they are a small business but have moved into a new bigger distribution wearhouse and are branching out into the USA that is more like a medium sized business. Yet they still cant provide basic customer service i.e issue a refund when proof a refund was supposed to be issued to start with, deal with mispackaged items in a timely fashion and listen to their customers to offer multiple options for shipping besides evri (formally know as hermes) who changed their name kept their bad business practice and have gotten worse!

Very annoyed with this company and ya know what ill just go back to lush i maybe paying eye watering prices but at least their customer service is good!

Update: still no reply on the return lable for the mislabled/bottled gel and no refund given by them. I got tired of waiting and opened a paypal case for the first order and was given a immediate refund. I should not have had to do that when they should have refunded me before the order was dispatched.

Long story shorter in the last month,month and a half i have placed 5 orders with them 4 out of the 5 had issues right out the gate with not being scanned by evri (aka hermes) 1 did go missing and was reshipped 2 took roughly 3-4 days for evri to scan the things and 4-5 days to deviler (it was either next day delievery or 48 either way they failed) and 2 while not delivered in the time frame everything was there.

However that is not the end of my issues one order had 3 items slated to be discontinued and instead of letting me know and refunding me then, they said nothing and shipped the 2 items they did have (one of which was a shampoo bar that melted and could not be salvaged) and the invoice with refunded next to the missing items. I contacted them with a picture of my invoice as this whole thing has my anxiety going through the roof now and stated the invoice has refunded but i have had no refund. Was told i would be refunded great. Then i found my other order had a issue the rose hip night gel had no top lable and once opened smelled strongly of tea tree so contracted them again, they offered a replacement and asked if i would send it back if they gave me a lable i asked for a refund as i dont trust hermes and i had not issue sending it back if they sent me a lable. I did ask how long it takes for them to short out refunds as my previous order had missing items that stated refunded and was not.

I am waiting a reply currently on the lable to send the odd gel back so they can find out what happened and the refund thing. As of right now i still do not have a refund and thankfully i paid with paypal.

I like most of the products i have tried and i believe they got a good overall idea and products. They just need to fine tune things a little bit and get other delivery options that are not evri as evri is letting them down.

Well what an experience! And not a good one. I ordered from my little eco shop for my friend's birthday. I ordered about 8 days before her birthday and as they advertised 48 hour courier thought I had left plenty of time. The day after my order I have a message saying that my order was dispatched with a tracking number. I waited about 48 hours and then checked the tracking. It still said Evri was waiting to receive my package. This went on for another couple of days and so I emailed My Little Eco Shop who tried to say that they had dispatched order but it had gone AWOL on way to couriers. They promised they would re send the package. 3 days later and still no package. Contacted their customer service again to be told the same as before, I don't even think they realised that they had already promised they would send me out a 'replacement' package. I eventually received it about 12 days after I ordered it. Ages after my friends birthday by which time I had bought her something else. When I eventually received the order something was missing, on my invoice it was crossed out and said it had been refunded. I have never received a refund despite contacting customer services AGAIN and taking photos of the invoice to show them. Also one of the products, my body butter, was over half empty. Literally half a jar of it for about £8 so it wasn't exactly cheap. Still no contact or replacement item. I would never order from them again and their customer service is shocking. If I could leave 0 stars I would. AVOID AVOID AVOID. There are so many other similar eco friendly companies who actually care about their customers. I feel robbed.

15/08/2022 - 2 and a half months after original order. I finally received my missing item. Not the refund that I was originally told I would get but that's fine. However company updated as "resolved" but actually I still haven't had a replacement body butter despite countless emails back and forth. I've basically just given up as
Just can't be bothered to deal with them as a company any more!

Product was great, service was none existant

My order took a few days to dispatch, which I don't mind in the grand scheme of things, but it took a month to arrive. I know that was on Evri/Hermes, but I can't say the service I recieved in the meantime was the best. I emailed to chase my order and was responded to pretty quickly and was told they'd contacted Evri/Hermes and to give them up to two days to hear back. I waited about a few more days before I chased again. I got a response saying they still hadn't heard from the courier and it had now been a week from my initial enquiry and two and a half weeks since my order was placed. This time I was met with the idea of sending out a replacement, which I said I was happy with. I had an email to say something was being sent, but I had no idea on tracking. In fact I never heard anything again!
By some miracle the original package was found by the courier and delivered (it was the original tracking number). I emailed to let them know it had turned up, nothing.
Product was lovely, but because it took so long to arrive and a promised replacement was nowhere to be seen, it really lost it's sparkle.
Won't buy from them again.

Very first purchase and very happy indeed!

My first purchase was a Pride Month Box. Packaging was minimal and everything arrived intact so a big thumbs up for that!
Box contained :
Clean sponge- Pink reusable ultra soft make up remover pad.
This is a game changer, I've been using pads for a couple of years now but this big pink pad is epic, cleans thoroughly, super gentle and leaves your skin feeling really clean and fresh.

Avocado rush shampoo:
Tried it but not for me, I've really long, thick, fine hair and there is only one shampoo bar that has ever worked, so I will stick with that.
My brother loves it though, he has really thick, coarse hair and it worked a treat!

Mr Brightside: I was a bit cautious trying this as I use a lot of fresh Turmeric in cooking.
Although it made my skin glow and look and feel great, unfortunately it did give my very pale skin a yellowy tinge once it had sunk in.
Gave it to my sis in law who has a darker skin tone and she's given it the thumbs up.
To be clear, I really do have very pale skin and I probably wouldn't have bought these two items anyway, but I like trying new products from time to time and this is still a great value box!

Love butter: nice whipped texture, thought it would be quite light but actually very rich, works great as an overnight hand and feet treat.

Pink Paradise Rose cleansing block:
This was a substitute item for a different block but wow, couldn't be more impressed, absolutely gorgeous!
I've actually left a full review on My Little Echo Shop, but if you like the smell of quality Rose oil this is for you!

A most gorgeous free gift I've seen on sale at Festivals for a tenner! Not saying what though!

Haven't tried these yet...

Large Pumice stone on a handy loop for drying.

Massive bath bomb...I mean huge...Will be breaking this bad boi in two!

Bamboo pads: feel soft to touch, nice quality, as good on first appearance as any others I've purchased elsewhere.

I will definitely be taking advantage of the loyalty scheme soon.

Customer service is always amazing

Customer service is always amazing, if ever I have a problem they usually contact me back the same day. Products are amazing and if there's a problem with delivery they will send the product out again quickly.

Shampoo bars are great, deodorant stock was crap as was picking/order processing/Evri (Hermes) delivery

TL;DR: Shampoo bars are great. Deodorant stick was a bar of melting oil. Item missing from order (resent a week later). Delivery by Evri was unsurprisingly rubbish.

Products are great but missing items from orders. Takes far too long to deliver due to using Evri (Hermes). Will be avoiding the company until they begin to use a reliable delivery service. Plenty of other zero waste companies out there. Just a shame as I wanted to support someone local to me.

Edit following response: Don't take it personally. I try to avoid Evri wherever I shop due to their widely known reputation for package loss, theft and damage. Obviously had my experience been better, this review would have been better. You probably shouldn't guilt trip unhappy customers for bad (or in this case neutral) reviews if they've had a poor experience.

A quick reply to an issue is great, but it doesn't resolve the root of your problem. It's now day 24 and I'm still missing part of my order.

Good luck with the migration to the new fulfillment centre. Hopefully it will sort out some of the issues you've had. Fingers crossed you'll drop Evri as a courier as well.

Edit 28.06:
After checking where the Evri delivery is I noticed the missing item that was dealt with within 2 hours on 14.06 wasn't dispatched until 21.06. Still waiting for the item.

Edit 01.07: Replacement deodorant stick finally arrived as a bar of melting oil. Shame it's so rubbish because that shampoo bars are great.

Great products but not great service

I really love the products from the store but I have to echo the other reviews and the delivery service. Each time I have placed an order it has either taken much longer than the timescale given or not arrived and had to chase up. It would be better to give an accurate timescale on the website for the deliver rather than 48 hours, then at least customers know when to actually expect the item. I placed an order over a week ago and no sign of it yet even though I got an email the next day to say it was dispatched.

Poor delivery again 😡

I love this companies products but my goodness I swear the delivery gets worse. I have been ordering for over a year at least one a month. In all that time I have only had 2 orders where I have not had to chase up. Used both Royal Mail and EVRI for postage, always the same issue it never seems to arrive at the delivery company, which tells me they are not dispatching when they say they have. I really have had enough now and this will be my last order unfortunately because they are so unreliable and I don’t want to have to order a month in advance of needing products to actually get them in time. In this online ordering world we live in you really need to up your game.

Order not shipped, maybe a fraud company

I placed an order more than three weeks ago, and still haven't received any shipping conformation (nor my package). I'm being more or less ignored by the support team. This is a truly frustrating shopping experience. I now see that I'm not the only one and wish I checked Trustpilot before placing an order. Absolutely outrageous! I wish I could give it 0 stars. Wondering if they are a fraud company

good products bad communication and customer service

Been shopping here for a while but with the amount of times my order has went missing and only half orders have turned up without being informed I will not be shopping here again unfortunately. I love the shampoo bars but the amount of hastle it takes to get your order to actually come, not get lost, go missing and the little communication and customer service I won’t be back.

Products good service zero

Great products but delivery and communication needs work. Evri supposedly had parcel ..one was partially received ..the replacement never showed up did get a refund after a lot of emails and I found a patronizing attitude...my other order again lost in evri and then arrived damaged...I was meant to get a refund but it never happened and then they refunded the only items I recieved on first order despite having the correct details ..when I queried this no reply and now .. just don't reply to emails and delete posts on social media. I have noticed there is a new name Perhaps name change due to previous bad reviews !!!...yes products good but you can get much better service at other eco friendly companies.

Not a good experience

Not a good experience. Ordered hair oil. After 8 days, i emailed & was told the order had left their warehouse but not Evri's & a replacement order would be sent. 14 days later I requested a refund as the replacement hadn't arrived. I was advised that day that they would be happy to refund 50% of my order & send a replacement but as two deliveries had failed, I replied to request a full refund 22 days after my initial order and never received a reply. I received the order 28 days after placing it and one bottle had leaked through the packaging. I used what was left - my hair was soft but very greasy after using so a shampoo is needed after applying rather than the rinse listed in the instructions. I wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering as some of the responses to experiences such as mine are quite shocking to read. It's been such a hassle I won't be ordering again.

Only three out of seven products…

Only three out of seven products arrived and the delivery took a very long time it is unclear as to wether I will be reviving a refund for the missing products but I am very disappointed I also made another order just after I placed the one for this one and it still hasn’t been received by Hermes and I’m expecting that some of the products will be missing again. If I do not receive a refund or information as to what is happening I shall take this further. The products are lovely just terrible delivery much better ordering off a small business from Etsy.

My order number is MET-246734 and if anyone from the shop sees this I would like to know what is happening

After seeing so many good reviews gave this a try with the try for free offer. Loved this shampoo lathered well smells lovely last a long time and doesn’t dissolve like others I have tried. Will deffo buy again
