Absolutely great products
Absolutely great products, we should all support small businesses like this. I make my own soaps I know how long the process takes and I only make for family so give them a break. The products are worth the wait.

A bit disappointed
A bit disappointed. Order my product a little under 3 weeks ago and have only just received. I give benefit of the doubt, due to small business and bank holiday. But it’s not great advertising 1 business day dispatch and 48 hour delivery, when it’s not the case. Especially when that’s what you’re paying for. Also half of my order is missing. Product smells nice and I love the idea behind the business, but shipping not too great.
Give them a break!
Having read some of the reviews on here, I felt compelled to write one too. I have ordered from them a couple of times and delivery is not instant like with Amazon and the like (we have become so impatient) they are a very small company surely we should not be expecting this as they are doing their best. The goods they sell are amazing, having tried lots of companies for shampoo bars, I have found the calendula shampoo from here the absolute best for my itchy scalp. Come on people let's be a bit understanding and get behind the small companies and give them encouragement not impatience - you have my loyalty little echo shop
Nice products, poor delivery
Love the ethos and so far I'm finding the products good. However the delivery was a bit of a nightmare; I appreciate they are a small company, so my initial order took a week to arrive, but half of it was missing. I had to chase it up twice before it was finally sent out, and it eventually arrived well over a month after I ordered it which wasn't ideal. I also was a bit confused as to why a really small product arrived in massive bulky packaging, as it doesn't really fit with the eco vibe (big waste of cardboard etc). I'd possibly order again, but only if I can afford to wait a while.

I'm saddened to read so many unfavourable reviews. I didn't receive my order at "Amazon" speed but having run a small business I didn't expect that and I'm very happy with a few days wait. I was very cagey about trying eco products so ordered "ugly shampoo" and soap offcuts as a starter and I'm VERY impressed! I'll defintely be back to order more but the way these soap bars are lasting us it will be a few weeks before we need to. SO.....service = good; products = great value & good quality ; my plastic use = reduced greatly. 5 stars from me !!!
Logistics nightmare but otherwise good
I have ordered many times with my little eco shop (recently rebranded to Little Echo). I really like the company and their products but it's very much let down by their logistics. They send an email saying your order has been dispatched but it isn't then received by the courier for ages, which you can see when you track via the courier (this was the case when they used Royal Mail and is still the case with Evri - it's clearly not the courier that's the problem, it's getting it to the courier in the first place!). I wouldn't mind the wait if it weren't for the misleading estimates and dispatch emails! They could do with a bit more honesty around processing times (and they should hold their hands up when they've messed it up - like other reviewers, I've been fobbed off with the "problem at the courier's end" excuse when I contacted them in the past). Also quite a number of times they have had to refund items that were out of stock (even though the website said they were still in stock at the time of ordering). My last order arrived with 2 items missing (and no refund - and the website still shows them in stock - so I think they maybe literally just forgot to put them in?).
So, yes, the logistics are a bit of a nightmare, and if you order from here you should expect by default that your order will arrive very much later than the website suggests. I've found their customer services are responsive though. It's just annoying to have to chase up the order through customer services in the first place.
On a more minor note I feel like their promotional emails are a bit excessive to the point of feeling like they're spamming my inbox with different offers all the time, so I would recommend opting out of emails until they rationalise that a bit! It frustrates me when companies are trying to get me to buy more and more when they're so behind on fulfilling the orders I've already placed! I think they need to reassess where they put their work efforts and sort the logistics out because the reputational damage from unfulfilled orders (as evidenced in these reviews) is eventually going to outweigh the effort of attracting more business.
But I do like a lot of the products, and I do like that it's a small, independent UK-based company. It is fairly good value too.
Particular favourite products for me are the razors (excellent quality and value, my husband and I each have one), the Ocean Saver cleaning product refills (massive saving on packaging) and the Neat cleaning spray (I love the spray bottle so much and the concentrate smells amazing!). Shampoos are OK - great for my husband who has dry hair, a bit heavy for me with oily hair.

The products are great but will they ever arrive!? Delivery is awful...i hate to do thid but i ve decided this will be my final order from them. Its now my 3rd one...1st one some stock as missing as it was when i ordered it unavailable.
2nd time, somehow my parcel was missed place and not given to the courier.
This 3rd time, I can see there's a parcel number but the courier hasn't received my order for 2 days and its supposed to be delivery within 48hrs.
It's sad as the concept and the products are great but it's too unreliable to actually get what you pay for.

The products from my little eco shop are amazing, after using the shampoo/conditioner bars for a few months my hair has never felt so soft and healthy! I’m trying to do my bit and be as eco friendly as I can be at the minute and my little eco shop makes the transition really quite easy with the wide variety of alternative eco friendly products they have to offer. The customer services are also very good with exceptionally quick replies and useful information. Overall it’s a lovely little shop.

Another disappointed customer!
I read these reviews too late. It looks like I am the latest in a long line of dissatisfied customers. My order failed to appear as promised, my email a week later was ignored and still no sign of it or a response.
The tracking link showed that Evri was 'expecting it' for 10 days, which is hardly acceptable when delivery is advertised in a couple of working days.
Part of my order was a gift for a friend, which I've had to replace with something from elsewhere. No phone number on their website to speak to a person to get a refund, really disappointed with it. I won't be shopping with them again.

Terrible delivery times
Great products, such a shame their service lets them down!
My first order was over 2 weeks late, with cusomter services blaming Evri initially saying they had the items but hadn't scanned it (it hadn't been sent). I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I liked the products and the same issue. Countless emails and the same thing. Still waiting for my order.
The website says orders are 48hr tracked, with on day dispatch - if they were more honest about the delivery (which you pay for) it wouldn't be so bad, but this day and age this is terrible service. If they feel Evri are so bad why continue to use them? It seems there is 'Evri' chance you won't get your order.

Excellent products, even better customer service
I've had quite a few products from here. They are all really good quality and smell delicious.
I had 1 issue where my item wasn't delivered. However, they were quick to respond to my email (10 mins) and resent my delivery.
This is a good small that I am very happy to purchase from.

Missing items and very delayed delivery times
Ordered 16th may. 20th may shipped. Nothing. So they sent a replacement. Shipped .nothing again. Asked for refund. Nothing.
Original order eventually arrived 6th june. Missing 2 bottles of oil. Emailed immediately with picture of shipping invoice and box contents. So far no reply.
All other emails have been replied to within 24 hrs so customer service was ok. Shipping and courier is their problem. Its not a new one either. I had same problem last year with waiting weeks for goods.
I love their products. I wont be ordering again. Such a shame.
Edit: recieved email to say they would replace the 2 missing oils which i was quite happy with. Unfortunately that order, although shipped a couple of days ago, is now in the same limbo land as the second one.
I really would have liked to carry on supporting the company but not now.
I just want a refund (which never happens) and as they are closing end june for 2 weeks im not holding my breath. Please just refund or send ky goods. Met247058.

It took three weeks for my order to arrive and that's after many, many emails.
Five days after I placed by order, I emailed to ask when my items would be shipped, I was told "in the next day or two". I then received an email from Evri stating they were 'expecting' my order, but this status remained insitu for the next three weeks. I emailed the shop and asked where my order was during the course of those three weeks, stating Evri was still expecting my order, and I was reassured that it had 100% been sent to them. I then was told to wait before any replacement or refund would be issued, so I did wait a few more days and still nothing. I was then told a replacement was being sent ASAP, I asked for the new tracking number and was not provided with this.
Last night, my original Evri tracking link was updated to say my parcel was on its way, which is somewhat suspicious seeing as I was told that my order was sent the first time around! This draws me to the conclusion that my parcel wasn't even sent the first time around, three weeks ago.
I do now have my items, but one of my items was missing, in its place I have a bath bomb which is of lesser value of the item I actually ordered. I have emailed regarding this, but I don't expect a response now, and to be quite honest, I don't want the hassle of trying to get the last item sent to me.
I won't order from here again as I feel I was lied to about my order being sent to Evri when it hadn't been. I also think it's unacceptable to wait three weeks for items when the shipping clearly states on the Website within 1-2 working days.

Company has reached out, I've received a refund for missing item. They've said they're going to replace this, also. I shall edit in due course the outcome of this.

Wish I read the comments before trusting them with my money. I would give zero if I could since they've stolen my money and sent no products.
Waited 2 weeks(!) for a delivery that eventually never turned up (although they promised 48hrs to deliver this order) then contacted them 4x by they even made some slight effort to respond with a courtesy blah blah not actually responding to ANY of my points in my 4 emails, but thinking we are stupid and accept some courtesy nonsense instead of the refund they owe us. Asked for a refund about 10x (it's been 2 months!!! now waiting to be refunded so had enough).
We then moved house and obviously needed their products no longer since we also had to buy them elsewhere as a matter of urgency which we also told them. They said they couldn't refund as they're a small company.... what? It is not an excuse, it's simply breaking the law. They don't care if you received your products or not, they just need your money and are willing to rip you off assuming you're happy to fund them for no reason when they don't complete your order. Literally never heard this cheap excuse from any other companies that they think they don't have to refund you because they're a small company! If they have no cash flow to complete a £30> refund then they should be in business.
Now they're trying to make up that they refunded me 3 weeks ago and that the reason I haven't receive it yet is that we had 2 days of bank holidays in those 3 weeks 😂 they really are a joke wasting customers time thinking we're that dumb. Turns out they delivered the parcel after we told them we moved and now trying to make us responsible for them having to retrieve it, they also asked us if we travelled back to check where it was delivered to like it was our job😂. All the nonsense excuses you can ever imagine from an unprofessional bloke sitting behind their computer calling himself Jordan. Jordan who can't even read but works as a CSR. He's very good with lies though which seems like it can get you a job easily these days.
Reported them to trading standards for breaking the law, for misleading customers and for theft. Reading other comments down now proves I was not the 1st nor the 2nd one but that they do this regularly. Honestly, don't bother ordering from them, they're so overpriced anyway as I'm checking their products now for quality and ingredients.
Literally disgusting how they treat people and don't even bother to provide professional customer service.

Slow and incomplete order
10 days for my order to be dispatched on 48hr delivery... It took a further 10 days to arrive.
Once delivered 4 out of the 5 items were missing. Communication was unsatisfactory and slow.
Went via PayPal in the end to claim refund on items not delivered
Won't be ordering again.
