Just seen payments were coming out my bank account I cancelled my card and then it happened again , I got hold of my look book and they said I set up a membership which I’m not sure how as I’ve never heard of them before, they have said they cancelled membership and refunded me which will take 7-10days so I will wait and see what happens

I can confirm that this website is a scam!
I was on FB when I saw an offer for an automatic cat litter. Once I clicked on order now and put in my card details, I received an email from mylookbookclub saying that I had started a subscription and was going to be charged € 49,50 every month.
I unsubscribed, but they are saying that they can’t refund me, because I’ve accepted the charge on my bank account.
It’s a scam and I’ll report it to the police and to the bank to block the charge.

A Spain based company..! You end up paying for a membership you don't want as it is not made clear & then they say the fee is not refundable.
However after discussion it has been agreed we will be refunded.
