Similar experience to those recorded elsewhere. DO NOT deal with this company. They took £1.49 as I had agreed for a manual they said they had for a boiler timer. Once I entered their website no such manual existed. Bizarrely they then sent me an email saying that, because I had not agreed to their terms and conditions, I was excluded from any further materials while sending me an unasked for computer manual. I wrote off the £1.49 and assumed that that was the end of the matter. 3 days later a payment was charged to my credit card for £24.99. Luckily I spotted this and informed my credit card provider while also writing to the company informing them of what I thought was an error. The credit card provider has cancelled further payments and are investigating why this company is operating in this way.

Fraud. Never use. Failed to deliver advertised manual (only what was already publicly available) and deceptively created monthly subscription with just three days option to cancel (too short to understand the scam). Refused any refund.
On 28 Feb 2023 (almost 13 months later) mymanuals has sought to retire this comment, alleging they tried contacting me (not true). Original comment stands.

Scam, they sneakily add a subscription on which you wont see unless you read the terms and conditions and this is when you are just searching for a manual. They don't provide the manual requested and refuse to refund. The fraud department are now involved. AVOID

I ordered a manual for a ten year old Pure radio. It did not come as expected so I queried it then saw reviews on Trust pilot and became very nervous. The manual I ordered has now come and it is the correct one for the radio. I am happy. I thought it was only fair to post this review as a positive result.

It appears that I an one of the 'lucky' ones. I paid my £1.50 and, in a matter of minutes, received by email the single user manual I had requested. That, it appears, is as good as it ever gets with this bunch of thieving vermin. After the three-day 'trial' was up, I too was shocked to discover that they had relieved me of £24.90. I'm still exchanging email pleasantries with them to reclaim my money. If I get no satisfaction, I'll call in my bank.

First no manual available despite site suggesting otherwise then a sudden £24.90 monthly charge appeared. Took time to find the 'sign-up! Have now canceled and notified my bank to ensure no further payments. A questionable company that is best avoided or site examined with a microscope before proceeding...

Wrong manual received. No response to messages. So asked bank to cancel payment, which they did ... and I warned them about these crooked people possibly trying to take further payments. Bank person said there are lots of online scams like this and it is legal becuse it is in their terms and conditions (well hidden no doubt). Bank will stop further payments. Imagine a cold and calculating person thinking up something like this and actually going ahead with it, deteermined to take advantage of us.... They cannot even supply the right manual, having said they could!

Same experience as many others. Paid £1.47 for a manual and they sent the wrong one. No refund, but subsequently two monthly debits of £24.90! Reported to my credit card provider as fraud.

Wished I had seen these reviews. Paid £1.49 for a manual which their search engine confirmed existed. Signed onto site and no manual. Three days later see a charge going through for £24.90. Phoned the bank to block any further transactions. I have cancelled by their site as well. Feel completely mugged off..
01/03/2023 - MyManuels - responded to my comment 13 months later and asked for more information!. If I don't provide a response then my review will be 'scrubbed' from Trust Pilot. Well what information do you want? - I requested a manual for a shower - was told it was on your site, it wasn't and was sent a manual for a different product and 24 hours later was billed a further £25 for a monthly subscription. Rang the bank who advised it was a 'scam' and cancelled the re-occurring payments. If Trust Pilot remove this review then I would seriously question Trust Pilot's integrity

I would definitely give this scam company a ZERO if I coulld. Another follow up on my previous 2 reviews. I might have 'jumped the gun' a bit! I have just found out that my bank have credited my account, NOT MyManuals! The bank is persuing the dispute with them.

Asked for a manual for their 1 off cost of £1.50 didn't receive the manual but found that they had taken £24.90 off my card. when I complained they the told me they put me on premium subscription which I didn't want, they cancelled my subscription and said i would get refund this didn't happen.
Do not use this company or you will be entering Bandit territory

rip off scam service. I only needed 1 manual and paid £1.49 for the download. I was unable to download the manual. I emailed them, they emailed me the manual but in my credit card bill charged me £24.90 extra for monthly subscription. I called and asked for a refund which was refused. I am going to make a small claim for the money they overcharged and also the time I had to spend in my working hours to deal with it. unbelievable. I'm so angry

Shocked and stunned! I only found out today that they were charging 24.90 per month for nothing. On challenging they said - You accepted our conditions! Well get stuffed - liars and cheats. Not only that but the "manuals" are not manuals in any shape or form. Why would anyone knowingly subscribe. The answer is in the question _NOBODY. I am out to get this shower now,

Wish I had looked at Trust Pilot first. Never seen such a bad TP score. Fortunately I spotted the monthly "subscription" hidden away before they could grab any more money. I've written off the £1.49 - needless to say they didn't have the manual I was after nor anything like it. The search facility is worse than useless.

I stand by my first comments you did not supply the manual I asked for, and to be honest I can not remember what it was for but it goes to show that you do not care by questioning my review a year later.
I put in the details of the manual I wanted got sent to subscription page £1.49 for 3 day trial thought ok.
Got wrong manual, told them andthey searched still they could not find it. asked for refund and got told have you read conditions. Only £1.49 but how many have same story and got caught in the auto re-new subscription. Buch of rip-off merchant

Zero stars for this company. Yes I was charged twice on my credit card two unauthorised payments of £24.90. I did purchase a manual for £.1.49 . I looked again at their website and in small print it does say Manual £1.49 / and after 3 days £24.90 per month. The question is why would you sign up for this . It is very misleading site and should be taken down. I phoned them and at first they refused a refund. I then said I will get the money back from my card provider . They then immediately gave me a refund on my card. This company is verging on a scam .Please avoid and do not buy any manuals from this company.
