Old manual and very expensive
Still believe that personally I was ripped off however the manual I asked for arrived and was an old one not up to date and it seemed like and extortionate amount of money hence my poor review however it may not be the same for everyone

I so wish I had read these reviews before I dealt with this company. I downloaded a manual for £1.49 then had £24.90 taken from my bank account. They have cancelled my so called subscription but will not refund the £24.90 already taken as they state this is clearly stated in their T's & C's. So clearly stated I don't recall reading anything about it. The manual was useless so even the £1.49 was a waste of money. SCAM.

These people are absolute scammers. They sting you for 24.90 a month and don't have the manuals that you need. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE THAT THEY ARE.

This is a scam
This is a scam! Avoid at all costs! They charge you £1.49 for the download of the manual you want which is acceptable due to printing costs etc then they charge you a monthly subscription fee of £24.90. They say it was in the T&Cs. Unfortunately I was unable to get a refund but I reported the transaction as fraudulent to my bank and they have blocked all future payments to this company. Lesson learnt there I think.

£24,90 scam
I too was caught out with the hidden subscription of £24,90 but when I threatened to take them to the distance selling ombudsmen they refunded me immediately.

Satisfactory ending
Like everyone else, I fell for this scam. However, I phoned the company and after a heated conversation, the staff member agreed to refund the £24.90 and it was in my bank account two days later. So all ended well

I stupidly paid £1.49 for a manual not realising BECAUSE THEY DONT MAKE IT CLEAR that it was subscription and after 3 days they charged me £24.90. And refuse to refund as they say it’s clear. It is not. Avoid this company at all costs.

Total scam; do NOT use. I too have been caught out the 'monthly' subscriptions of £24.90. I was told when I phoned up about it that I had accepted the terms and conditions so would not get my money back. No email confirming I had signed up to a monthly subscription.

I would give this a zero if I could
I would give this a zero if I could. I brought a manual online for £1.49 and 3 months later I inadvertently discovered I had subscribed to a monthly subscription service at £24.90 per month. I received no email advising I had signed up. I have asked for a refund but obviously they won’t because that’s the whole point of the exercise. It a scam!

I went onto this website as I thought 1.49 for the manual didn't seem bad so I entered my email address and they sent an email to enter my card details.Just before I put in my card details I managed to spot they would take 24 pound every month so didn't send them my details thankfully. Clearly some sort of con artists and rip off merchants.trading standards should shut companies down like this

Poor experience of mymanual company
Requested a manual for £1.49 as a one off payment. Checked my bank account and £24.90 had been
taken. This is a subscription site, which wasn't made clear. My bank stopped all future payments. Phoned company who have agreed to refund my money, we'll see. I'd steer clear of this company.

I purchased a manual for a printer
I purchased a manual for a printer, cost £1.49 which is now defunct, I found I was charged an additional £24.90, as I had apparently subscribed, this is not clear on their website and I believe to be a deliberate scam. Do not even log on to their website, as nothing is transparent and you might get scammed!

Don’t waste or time and money
I searched for a projector manual , it came up as available, they did not show a sample before paying subscription.
They sent me a camera manual that has nothing to do with.
Now wasting even more time asking for my earned money back.
