Kelsey was very knowledgeble regarding my AVC & pension for voluntary redundancy & gave me much needed advice which has been lacking from my employer.

Excellent customer service

I phoned the customer support line for advice regarding an online application I was making. I spoke to Kirstie who was polite and professional. She listened to my questions and sorted out my issue quickly. She also set up further support to ensure I was making an informed choice regarding my pension.

My experience was great

My experience was great. I was listened to and questions I had were answered with confidence. I was also offered to be booked in to have a consultation with the team for further guidance on my pension that was arranged.
So yes I am a happy customer.

Helpful Support Service

The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and sorted out the situation as I had made a miscalculation in adjusting my Shared AVCs. She was able to cancel the adjustment and revert it back to my original contribution.
