Telephone call to ask for support around AVC deductions from salary, where I had made an error resulting in a larger amount than expected taken from salary. The gentleman was polite, listened and was able to quickly rectify the matter for my next pay day. He also kindly asked me if I would be ok for money this month due to a significant reduction in my pay today. Very thoughtful. The phone call took no more than 5 minutes and everything resolved. Excellent customer service
