I received my order a few days ago, I am really pleased with it

My order was bashed on the sides off the frame.

Absolutely shocking. Bought my partner a gift for Xmas. Arrived Xmas eve and it looks horrendous as if it has just survived a house fire. Avoid avoid avoid! You will be disappointed. Crap quality!! Also based in china. Avoid!

It’s a scam! Lamp cost £19.99 then charged £36 a few days later another £15 taken out of my account. When contacted them zero response, raised a dispute with PayPal and my bank. Avoid using them, just someone in Hong Kong ripping people off.

I bought a infinity mood lamp which was personalised for my friends, they loved it and the sentiment behind it,I had no problem dealing with this company,they kept me informed right through the whole process and were polite and very helpful, obviously it takes a bit longer as it's from abroad but I knew it would, I'd recommend them for the unusual that u can't buy anywhere else.

Plastic cheap crap..got my order totally wrong..paid £76 for 6 keyring which I ordered moonlamps.. no response as yet.. these keyrings not even visible photos or encryption on them..very poor.. thanks a lot my moon lamp.. with the cost of living today..I cannot use these to give to my children for Xmas.. they are really bad quality..looking at the quality of these..probs made them for 50p

Was sceptical about buying from them as the reviews here are bad but I have has a good experience with them. Took 11 days from ordering to arrive. Lovely quality and frame wasn't made up so can't see why others have said there was glue all over theirs. Brilliant gift the mother in law is going to love. Not sure how to add a photo to this review otherwise would post a pic of the product. Very happy with my purchase can't wait to give it her

Terrible and just completely disappointing to be honest. I bought a night light for me and my partners anniversary, and it was completely scratched, foggy, and had marks ALL over it. I sent the pictures to customer service and asked for another one to be sent out (before reading all of these other reviews) and the woman called Sally had the cheek to tell me that it was because I hadn’t taken off the protective plastic and to clean it with ‘alcohol’ then send some more pictures! I’d already taken it all off and tried to clean it in the original pictures sent. I was then told they’d give me a 10% refund Which is just laughable at this point, I spent £37 for it to be shipped to the UK and they want to give me 10% off. £3.70, how generous of you. I’ve asked for a full refund and I won’t be accepting anything less so this review will be updated soon. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Excellent service , beautiful lamp I highly recommend

Awful service and poor product. My mum originally ordered one for myself and one for for my brother each an engagement gift. The first ones came out very small and not appropriately sized. My mum, who isn't a regular complainer raised a query and part took the blame! They said if she pays for postage and 50% restocking fee which she assumed would be a few £'s. Turns out it was £28 which is ridiculous and the 'replacement' and customer service is atrocious! I cannot attach a photo but you would certainly laugh if you could see it. My fiancé's head is deformed and so misshaped (despite having a normal frame and head size) and despite assuring me they all get quality checked only offered a pathetic 20% refund.

Never shop with them! I've told my mum she needs to shop locally and not deal with these horrible Chinese useless companies.

Ordered the infinity lamp for my brothers 25year anniversary it was broken with all the pegs being badley glued in with childs glue. Wish I would have seen the other reviews before purchasing as it was £35 quid. Looks cheap and nasty and only worth a couple of quid at the most. I contacted them and they offered me £3.70 compensation. Discusted that they would have the cheek not to give me a full refund. Told them basically what to do with that in laymans terms involving the rear entrance. Don't buy anything from Moonlamp.co.uk

Ordered a wooden infinity lamp, it came with all the pegs broken and when tried to fix it myself, noticed that all the holes where the pegs sit don't line up. You can also see all of the glue all over the wood where it has been poorly made and the lights don't even work on it.
Could of made it better myself

Worst company to ever open up, I ordered 1 from here just to find out its not a UK company its actually a chinese company, they took my money for a gift for my partner for her birthday on the 13th of July so ordered a couple weeks beforehand foolishly thinking it's a British company like it states it is waited over a month with a clueless customer service team who then tell me just this morning its not arriving theft much?????? Il doubt I will see a refund so trading standards will shut them down, 1 false advertising 2 theft taking money for a product you knew you weren't going to send, scummiest company alive robbing young families

I purchased a moon lamp for my friends birthday at the end of May, the Customer Service has been outstanding they have contacted me through the whole process, to check delivery details and to check to positioning of the photo. I must admit when it arrived i looked at it and thought what is this?, then I plugged it in and i was amazed, thank you so much.

Although the item did arrive later them expected I was overwhelmed with how good this product looks a gift for my mum with a picture of her late mother carved into the moon she absolutely loves it I have recommended you to all my friends and family thank you so much

Ordered a moonlamp for mothers day on 11th March. Item didn't arrive on time. When it did finally did arrive 2 days late I was embarrassed to give it as a gift as the product itself is shocking. Cheap tat, how they can justify charging what they do for these is beyond me. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered an " Custom Multi Photo Folding Magic Rubik's Cube × 1"

The product itself is great (when new) - I am happy with the packaging of the box, the quality of the cube and the quality of the printed photos.

The website and communication could be better. When you create your order I could not see a way of double checking the design you have created.

Delivery is slow but in-line with advertised as I did not pay for it to be expedited. Order created 5th Feb; product shipping created 11th feb; zero updates on the tracking until 19th feb when it showed out for delivery and then eventually delivered.

I'm now reducing the product review to 3*. The printing does not appear to be best quality. The colour images have faded, despite not being left in direct sunlight. Disappointed with this result.

I had ordered an Infinity lamp from this website for our wedding anniversary as a surprise gift for my wife, checking that it would take between 9-15 days I was hoping it would reach on time. Later on I realised that this product is not made in UK but its from China, and the 9-15 days is only the delivery time, there is no time limit to making the product and therefore I didn't receive it on time. Well that's understandable as I assumed it was my fault.
The shock was when the product finally arrived, It was not made of wood but layers of plywood and surprisingly my wife's name was missing on the lamp which just had a single alphabet "a" on it. I was sent a snap shot of the order which showed the same, but on my order slip i didn't have any description of the customisation, so i was in the dark the whole time till i got this half baked product, which is useless to me. I have requested for return of the product but haven't yet heard back from them.
SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS SITE. NOT A VERY TRUSTED ONE I GUESS.

Ordered a Christmas gift came in January which I expected as I think it’s from china but it came and it was poorly made & cheap. It’s already broken into pieces and unfixable. It was probably worth £3 not £30 ridiculous
