Great time saver for the family.

I have been ordering meals for the family while my wife is overseas. Not having the time to cook this service has been a lifesaver. The ordering process is straight forward, there is a good selection of meals to choose from and the delivery service is spot on.

An overall terrible experience

An overall terrible experience. The online order platform/system is misleading, the window of time to Skip and order and absolutely no flexibility if this is missed is appauling. The refusal to offer a refund, then acting like it was a huge favour to offer a credit, then not giving me the chance to skip a week, forcing me to use the credit the next week - all is terrible. Customer service was completely inflexible and policies obviously lack any human understanding of error. Email was not responded to in over 2 days, meaning fgollow up on phone was needed, and all this resulted in no help anyway. I will be writing a review on google to express my disappointment with your company.

Food is health and nutirition , control your caloreis and protein per day . small meal for multiple time , control my diet , just one more thing need to be improve , price a little be higher
I use those as main meal on both training day and non traing day , energy boost up and work efficient plus good sleep at night time

The best.

I have been using these guys consistently for over a year now, getting a box delivered each week, to save me from kitchen slavery. The best. Great food, quality, and service. Also, it's easy to track your calories with their meals for any nutrition goal, wether it is burning fat or building muscle.

I don't have to think about measuring…

I don't have to think about measuring my portions or calculating the amount of protein. Also, since they started they have added a lot more variety and options.

Always delivers on time

Always delivers on time, meals well packaged to keep them cool and fresh
Only thing I would like improved is the frequency. If the option of 3 weekly was available, that would stop me having to change delivery frequency so much to line up with my FIFO swing

Convenient & quality

I order MMC when I know I'm going to have a busy week.
It stops me using food delivery services where I can't do portion control which has been key to me losing 30kgs over the past two years.

Continuous improvement

The meals are always the tastiest pre-made meals available with a lot of variety to choose from. The packaging for delivery could be improved with more care taken to ensuring boxes are closed and sealed properly to keep the cold from the ice packs in.
I also preferred the old packaging that had the macronutrient breakdown for all 3 macronutrients on the front of the cardboard cover, this made it much quicker and easier to select the best meal to meet my macronutrient needs for that day.

It's disappointing

It's disappointing. It was okay when I ordered it for the first time, but after that, I could not even finish half the meal. It was too salty, taste awful.

BAD DELIVERY + POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

food was good, delivery service was bad. but the experience with customer service even worse.

im extremely disappointed with the customer service. i reached out for help. initially, they responded, but after some interactions, they completely stopped replying. i was left hanging with no solution and no follow-up. this experience has left a bad impression since i just tried ordering from muscle chef.
it was the delivery guy fault, but the customer service just said because it's delivered to the right address they wont give any compensation. i mean who going to send to the wrong address for 1 week food?
doesnt make any sense.

for the first package it was open and i dont mind.
second one missing.
great job, might cancel the subscription.
