Happy with meals and delivery. The only meal I don’t really like is the chipotle chicken bowl i just get the Ick half way through and have to toss it every single time maybe it’s the chilli I don’t know but all else 5 stars !

Poor Delivery and Even Worse Customer Service
Poorest delivery experience and worse customer service. Basically told what I wrote about the delivery was untrue (calling customer a liar isn’t good start to an email) and it’s perfectly acceptable to leave an expensive food order on a public footpath if the driver can’t work out how to open a gate. (An unlocked gate)
Muscle chef did reach out after my review was posted which is a lot less valuable considering I was fair and contacted there support for help first.

Terrible service
Terrible service. I ordered 16 meals. Their text message the night before did not specify a delivery date. The "third party delivery service" dropped them off at an unknown time in the morning outside the resort and without telling me. They also informed me that they sent me a text message that they had delivered, but this did not happen???
Two days have passed and I have not received the order. After writing to them, they informed me that they had delivered and left the order outside the resort front of the street!!!!
I emailed the company and we received no sympathy for the $165 we spent on meals. Be careful, they don't care.

Out of all the choices here in Sydney , my muscle chef has been the best for tasty and delicious food. Our Muscle Chef has been awesome
We have been enjoying our Muscle Chef meals for the last few weeks, we have found the variety of food available is great, serving sizes are ample, the taste is amazing and they make life so much easier knowing we are eating something better than take away when we don't have time to actually cook! Some very tasty meals
Great meat meal options and some are extremely tasty eg miso chicken and peri peri chicken. Not a great selection of vegetarian options and mostly they are high carb eg spaghetti (bland) or other pasta or rice. So, too repetitive as a vegetarian to continue on program too long. Delivery was on time. Meals fresh with good use-by dates or the option to freeze.
