Terrible service
Terrible service. We ordered 10 meals. Their text message the night before did not specify when they would be delivered. Their “third party delivery service” dropped them off at 2am. Who is going to be up at 2 am to collect meals???
When we finally noticed the meals at 7am, they were warm… we were weary but since they were vegetarian we tried 3 meals that day and both had terrible food poisoning for the week.
Emailed the company and received no sympathy for the $119 we spent in meals. Not to mention the loss of wages and the sickness. Be warned, they do not care.

worst website! worst app! worst help! their livechat bot just throws out articles that are unhelpful, outdated and do not provide actual instructions or directions. Trying to call them is ridiculous - on hold for over 40 mins and still no end in sight just to cancel my subscription.

Two weeks in. Have found all the meals, soups and protein bars to be very tasty. Delivery and prep/clean up very easy. This has been a great way to keep track of my calories and make sure I'm getting enough protein.

Yeah I rate the meals
Yeah I rate the meals . One of the deliveries unfortunately caused a spillage (bags ended up leaking out onto the food) but apart from that , has been solid. Keeps me dedicated to a single diet without really having to think abt it

Food is great
Food is great. but app needs a lot of work with subscriptions. Ordered a top up between subscriptions and it added it as another subscription. Cancelled it, and it cancelled the actual subscription. Sent them a note, got an email to say they were too busy to fix it.
