Perfect Solution!
Obligo was the perfect solution for me! It allowed me to not have to tie up money in any security and also do things independently & not have to ask friends or family to co-sign. I was even more happy when I found that I use them at so many places in the city so they will definitely be my go to if/when I move again.

Obligo was so easy to use and completely hassle-free! The application took me less than 10 minutes, and they review it very quickly and got back to me to let me know that my money doesn’t have to be stuck in a security deposit. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience using Obligo…
I had a great experience using Obligo with my current apartment. Not having to tie up a month's rent for my security deposit was a welcome change from what I was used to with new york apartments. It was easy to set up with my bank account and I haven't had to think twice about it since. I would highly recommend using the service!
