This company is a scam. Promised me my refund and even told me that it was already on my account, however, this was all a lies. Very bad company. All my orders are not available. They just keep on collecting money from my account.

You are people three time you charge from my account without permission it's not in fair you should ask the person that account open for you that's why you have to charge the person without permission it's that's the doji account I never see like your account without ask any questions without say anything you just charge person is not in fair I call the bank they say there's no call you it's from February on march on April twice rechargement without permission

FRAUDULENT COMPANY, STAY AWAY. TOOK MONEY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, £43 and £8 and then when I cancelled online, they said they would take another £43 and then cancel my account after 14 days!!!

Can anyone please help they deducted money from my account how do I cancel . Please provide email address or number. I got hold of them . They promised me a full refund.

Totally a scam, never heard of them. Took over £250 fraudulently from my account. Bank paying me back and investigating.

SCAM & FRAUDULENT COMPANY. they debited my bank card £9.99 yesterday & £48.30 tonight. I have never heard of this company let alone signed up for a membership which takes £48.30 every 14 days till cancelled. Bank cant do anything till pending payment goes through, had to cancel my card as well to prevent further transactions. Googled company & Tried calling them & on hold over 20 mins so went on there online chat & was advised id signed up to membership through an item i purchased off facebook!! They assured me cancelled membership & will take 7-10 days to refund me.

I received a call from Sama who was awesome. This lady was so polite and curtious.
I hope that there are a lot more ladies out there like Sama as she is a credit to her company and they are lucky to have her as an employee.

Fruad and scam and theft is this company or whatever all about. They started charging my credit card out of the blue. My card alerted me of the transactions and advised me to contact them and cancel the subscription. It was a hard talk since they were insisting that I opt for it. When I told them I have to alert my credit card about a fraud they then canceled my subscription and agreed to refund one transaction. Thats why always shop with credit cards people. You can always claim it back.

I will give zero to this company. This is trap , when I brought some goods in facebook and the receipt company is mypastimes.com, they will use your information automatically join their club . If you want to cancel the membership, their cancellation time is 14 days after you requested.It is unfair term as I didn’t accept to join their club. During this period, they will charged you every week automatically. If you chat with their customer service to cancel the membership at once. They will charged you opt out fee. The pastimes company is a scam company. Beware everyone.

Do not trust this Company. Their adverts are devious and trap you into joining their club and then charge a cancellation fee for opting out. I give them a fat Zero for trust.
