Update from 1st April w026
If you look at my review dated 1st April you will pick up the thread. They are investigating as they suggest but my pension has still not moved yet. This is since January when they informed me it would happen before my end of work time end of March 26. The delay is also through the Iran crisis so I am in a complete state of insecurity not knowing how much my pension will drop before I take my tax free cash. What I would say is be very careful about handing it over if it has any conditions out of the normal as I would question My Pension Expert expertise in handling and understanding it. I will let you know what I lost from the end of March 2026 once the transaction is completed.

The staff were easy to speak to and kept me up to date with all steps of getting my pension pots into one place (even if the pension companies were not as efficient) if the rest of the process continues in the same way and generates the income as advised than I will be very happy.

If at the start of the process all the relevant information and documents had been requested, certified copies ect. It would have shortened the length of time required to complete. Information was forthcoming and requests from third parties passed on but much of the required documentation could have been sorted initially, seemed to be regular delays acquiring docs (certified copies) .

They kept me regularly updated during the process of accessing my funds from my pension provider and setting up my new provision
There were delays but I was assured that My Pension Expert staff were resolving them as quickly as possible and they gave me the confidence to believe them. The eventual timescale they gave me was accurate
