Great response to changes that I requested prior to finalizing. The picture looked exactly as the proof did. I was expecting a thicker canvas for the price. It is thin. I would prefer the thicker stronger one for a 40 x 40. The packing of the canvas could be improved. The box was tore up and barely hanging on. There was light bubble wrap and no other padding around the canvas to protect it. Price point is higher than other custom canvas places, but only one to offer the abstract art of my pet so I paid it.

Great communication, adjustments quickly made as requested. Most importantly, I loved the final product!

These guys are a nightmare so far. Took 5 days to approve the print (not one or two). When I approved the print they order automatically. I immediately sent an email asking numerous questions as there was no invoice and it appears I would not get the Black Friday price and was worried I would no longer get for Christmas since they took 5 days. Did not hear back for two days and finally got an email back on why I had not completed my order. Tried to cancel my order 3 times but each time got an email saying I could change my order however I want. When I was clear I wanted to cancel my order, even though they basically said I could change it to whatever I want, they said they were going to to charge me a 30 percent return policy as I did not cancel within 24 hours (even though I sent them an email right away which they took two days to return) and that their artist already started (even though they said I could change to anything I wanted). These guys are terrible. Should have listened to the reviews. Oh and this is a print so wow what time lost by their ‘artist’

Wanted picture to remember my cat Buddy. The process was very simple; I choose abstract art and they didn’t disappoint. Just a couple tweaks and I’ve got a wonderful picture of my best Buddy.

This company offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on its website. I was not 100% satisfied with the portraits and asked for a refund. Company will not give a 100% refund claiming their "artists" spent time preparing the proofs. My proofs did not look like our dog. I do not understand how they claim to spend "hours" of artist time when the proofs are sent so quickly and they look like a generic dog, not our dog.
Also, the emails I get from the company are not signed with any human name. They are just generically signed as "The My Pet Canvas Team." What legitimate business does not have a real human being's name on correspondence with customers?

I have disputed this transaction with my credit card company.
I became aware of this company because they put an ad in my facebook feed. At this point I am beginning to mistrust any advertisement I see on facebook.

Communication was excellent during the whole process… I had the opportunity to review samples and make edits and adjustments to achieve my final choice… The finished product shipped quickly after that, and was everything I expected

This company is a scam! I sent my photo in and the proof was a clip art Frenchie. Not even my dog! After asking for my $ back, they sent a proof, which was a Photoshopped background with my dog. It was such poor quality, it was a joke! I asked for my money back, but they went quiet on me. I eventually had to dispute it with my credit card company...and won the dispute. Save your money. This is not a reputable company!!! Oh, did I mention if you're not satisfied with the quality of your proof & want a refund, they keep 30% of your money for supplying horrible proofs. Scam artists!!!

I love my pictures of my little dog pack! I have three so it was several edits until I felt like we captured their personalities. Pet Canvas was patient and put up with all my tweaks of the photos. They were easy to work with and a pleasure to deal with. They wanted to make sure I loved them all and I do!

The continued to send sub-par images and never reached the quality they showed on their website. Do yourself a favor and just create your own image using AI and you'll save hundreds of dollars.

Great service and a quality product; so impressed with their can do approach and there was no problem with any amendments until I was totally happy!!!
