Edit in response to company reply: Based on the first 10 proofs I received, it is very evident that there is very little artist intervention in the creation of the art, and I wish I could post pictures to the public to prove it. If they would have made that clear on their website instead of claiming it was purely artist work, I would have never ordered. If you have a generic-looking dog and aren't too picky about the art produced, this company will deliver that just fine. If not, be prepared to be disappointed and waste time going back and forth with the unlimited revisions they boast about. Shouldn't they be able to nail it within just a couple revisions if they truly have artists slaving for hours to match your photo? Again, order at your own risk.

Website is lying. They do not have artists working to create truly custom work. Instead, they use A.I. and produce generic photos that are supposed to look like your dog, but don't, unless you have a generic looking dog. Unlimited revisions, great, but the whole experience was ruined knowing that they are just generating images and not caring to even TRY to match your dog through the first several rounds of revision. They didn't even match my dog until I asked for a refund, and then it was poor Photoshop work.

We have been battling to get a full refund for this scam for over a month but they are insisting on keeping 30% for their "time and labor" which, if anyone knows A.I., is next to nothing, especially with the results they showed us.

They mention as a reply to a previous bad review that the reviewer is lying about the work being A.I. and I can assure you that the reviewer is NOT lying, the company is. My dog had a toy in its mouth and the results they gave did not even make logical sense; only a computer would offer those up as a portrait.

They also challenged the reviewer to try and create what they are creating and I took them up on that challenge and was able to create something better than their artwork in 5 minutes, thanks to A.I. We are still out $100+ because the credit card company doesn't understand the scam that is happening here. A.I. is still too new of a topic for us to have grounds to fight that their website says artists are creating it and not mentioning A.I. at all.

Excellent service from start to finish

Easy to navigate website. Once we had submitted our photo and style they were quick to send us some options and always quick to make the amends we asked for. Once we were happy the canvas arrived in good time and looks great.

Process was smooth annd the account person I dealt with was very accommodating to the many changes I requested to the art along the way.

Best of all, the final result was better than we ever expected and captured our two cavaliers beautifully.

Excellent communication with the company. They responded promptly, informatively, and with understanding. Customers must accept that the initial sketch may not be a perfect fit and that creating the artwork takes time. The company took all revision requests very seriously and handled them professionally. The final result is certainly impressive. Very happy with it, and the dogs are depicted in detail, just like the real ones!

Just love it. Easy to choose, I have 3 dogs and it wasn’t a problem to have them all on the same portrait. The only difficulty is too choose the pictures.

Very easy to organise the photo and then promptly receive 3 choices to approve off before picking the best photo to be changed on to the canvas. The canvas of a much beloved pet is outstanding, so pleased with the service and final result, thankyou it’s amazing 🙏

I uploaded a photo of my dog, but the proposal from Pet canvas was all based on generic photos from the internet.

I have asked to cancel my order twice because their suggestions and proposal was not what they are advertise and not what I wanted, however Pet Canvas has withdraw the full amount from my account and have sent any thing to me. I might have been unlucky, but this seems like a scam.

Terrible experience from start to finish. The first previews they sent look nothing like the cats I sent them. It was supposed to be a gift for Father’s Day. After going back and forth for a week, they finally sent back an acceptable version that resembled the picture. I finally got the picture and it looked like a stretched an pixelated picture. I wrote back and expressed my disappointment. They said “We are so sorry we will definitely make it better.” 3 days later it comes and it’s literally exactly the same. I wrote back and they ghosted me. Stuck with two bad pictures for $225. DONT TRUST THEM!!!

Easy process and helpful accommodating staff

It was a really good experience. They were very easy to work with. Even with several rounds of changes, they addressed all my concerns and listened to what I wanted. Very prompt with revisions and pleasant communications. I am very happy with my portrait.
