Also beware, they charge 30% or minimum fee of $80 if you do not like their "art".

I have ordered items like this from other websites and it has been horrible

I purchased a large canvas and once received, there is noticeable script on the canvas as it is not clean. They must purchase cheap canvas. They say because i didn’t notice it and ask for a change…it’s too bad. I was never looking for any letters or script to be shown on the canvas. I was looking at my dog and the colors..didn’t know I had to also order clean canvas. They blame me on every email. Do not purchase from them. They take no responsibility for their product…

I ordered a canvas of my Granddaughters horse even though there were no examples of horses on the website so I wasn't sure how it would turn out. The previews were amazing making a choice difficult but we made one and LOVE it. It was for her birthday and she was beyond happy with it, she knew right away it was her horse. You should put examples of horses in your ads, everyone who has seen it loves it!

Very responsive to suggestions; appreciated the back and forth we had on what image to use and how to manipulate it.

Not a great experience. Very difficult to communicate changes. Kept asking for changes that were not made. I finally just gave up .

The Team at Pet canvas promised unlimited revisions... and even though i ended up far away from my initial thoughts... they were cordial and ended up absolutely wowing me with one of there works... so much so that I requested a larger version My only regret is that I didn't go even bigger. Everyone that sees my beautiful pups pic is floored with the creativity and beauty of the likeness. My Pet Canvas has a Wonderful team and went the extra mile.
