Funnily enough period pains happen every month. Not just a one off as they seem to expect. Rubbish customer service. A simple telephone call would have made all the difference

Morning, I am sorry you are upset that we had to cancel and refund your most recent order.
We have to follow strict guidance with regard to OTC medications, if you are taking certain medications for long term issues it is advisable to seek advise ( and possibly a prescription) from your GP.
We generally email customers ( as we did you on 29/01/16 ) with updates to orders rather than telephoning them, we have found in the past that most customers prefer this method of communication.

Worst customer services ever
Unfortuantely this was my first and last order with these people, there was a problem with the item ordered when I unwrapped it. I rang to complain and was told that it was unfortunate but they would do nothing about it.
Basically they had my money and where not interested in rectifying the problem or offering me a half price item despite my photographic eveidence of the damaged goods.
I would steer cleasr of them and use other mainstream suppliers like Lloyds online

I am very sorry that you felt the need to leave a 1 star review with TrustPilot and I felt I needed to respond.
You telephoned us about your breakage and you yourself told me that you had dropped it as you unwrapped the product. Clearly, since it had not been broken in transit, this was not our responsibility.
Also we have not received any photographic evidence of the breakage.

I found this website as I was looking for some nasal spray for allergy treatment. The same medicine was nearly 4 pounds more expensive in another website advertised on a famous online shop. The package arrived promptly and has served the purpose well. The medicines were as described and genuine.

everything was good from the site to the item I bought to the delivery but the packaging for the item was easily 5 or 6 times wider than it needed to be , well packed and protected but the box was just to big for what was inside, other than that everything ok
