Ambigous instructions, no reply to emails, expensive
The instructions to unlock my phone were ambiguous. Given a long line of numbers seperated by spaces, which are code(s). Well, is a code or are they codes?
A list of seperate codes? Or one long code? No way to tell.
A request for clarity was ignored via email.
Had a go anyway, and the code was rejected.
Again, no reply via email.
Got it to work in the end, but very poor, will not use again.

RIP OFF !!!
The advert promises delivery of codes within 1 hour. I got an email from Paypal acknowledging payment. 5 hours later after several unanswered emails, I went elsewhere and had the job done for the same price. The codes arrived 3 days later and my requests for reimbursement of my fee have gone unanswered.
