They said 8-10 business days. It’s been three weeks now and hasn’t even been dispatched. Customer service is poor.

Shocker. Dreadful quality. Was so much smaller than I pictured - although in hindsight I could have ordered a bigger "pillow". Was the size of an average sausage. Anyway, that aside, I'd say it was worth £1.00 max, not £26.95. Absolute dogsh*t company. No refund issued despite proof of desperate quality. Avoid at all costs.

I bought a shirt for my brother for his birthday, with his cat's photo on it. I was highly sceptical of the quality and also if this was a scam or not. I didn't see the order confirmation come through so I assumed the worst, contacted their customer support. They got back to me and were very very helpful. The shirt arrived about a week after I ordered it, looks AMAZING and is pretty good quality. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

10/10 experience with this company. My personalised shirt has arrived and the pictures are perfect aswell as great quality. Cannot wait to order my next one. Honestly thank you! Xx

I placed an order for some personalised pyjamas for a Hen party before seeing the reviews on here and was then super worried. I placed the order on 31/08/22 and received the item by 09/09/22 (7 business days later) which was before the 8-10 day estimate I had been provided when placing the order which was great. I think the quality of the item is fine. The material isn’t the fancied but the print quality of the personalised photos is brilliant and exactly what we wanted. I have removed a star as its very misleading the product is coming from China, when the website have Union Jack flags and says UK everywhere. And the extra £3.99 “VIP service” charge that is added to the basket is a bit of a joke. But all in all I got the product I wanted, in the timeframe I was advised and I’m pleased with the product.

Absolutely shocking quality & product, ordered pillow with a picture of our dog, the picture was distorted & my daughter could have sewn it better, plus they add extra charges when you finally pay & don't let you know, DO NOT USE!!!

Took longer to come than expected - didn’t realise they were coming from China so started to worry about the sizes I had ordered - but hey there was nothing to worry about! The sizes were as ordered and they were brilliant! Highly recommend!

Absolute shambles I wish I had read these reviews before I used they advertised a shirt as £19.95 but when I checked out I realised the order had jumped to for a larger size £39.95 plus they add shipping insurance £3.99 and VIP £2.99 I was shocked and emailed immediately to cancel as this was falsely advertised it didn’t state anywhere prices increased for larger sizes their customer
Service emailed me back pretty quickly advising this was already in production Bull@£!t the timescale too quick and they would refund me £5 !!! Do not use this company I wish I hadn’t !!

Saw a lot of negative reviews on here after I’d ordered which was worrying. Just wanted to say My custom shirts were delivered within 8 working days and that included a couple of days delay due to needing to change the size. Yes the £9 surcharge was a bit ridiculous considering I emailed within a minute of placing the order but can’t fault it really. Quick reply’s. Yes it’s from china so was worried about delivery timeframes but all good. Don’t worry about the photo being cropped to face size as all done for you. Looks great but quality wise I wouldn’t want to be near a naked flame. All in all happy

Was told when I ordered that it would be here for 29th July now being told it won’t be here until 5th august they keep suspending my order wanting me to pay more for postage when I already paid for quick shipping after reading other reviews I now wish I had have before I ordered or I wouldn’t have bothered ordering I thought it was a uk company but it’s not total con, if you order from here make sure you give them plenty of time so it arrives in time for you 😩 very disappointed

Didn’t read any reviews prior to ordering but found the process easy to follow. Was a bit concerned when ordered hadn’t arrived after 10 days but it did after 14 days, all within their stated timescale. Shirt and quality were fine considering the total cost. Would use again as customer service came back quickly when emailed for an update.

Don’t use! Delivery takes twice as long as stated. They add things on when checking out you can’t remove such as ‘vip bolt on’. I enquired after 7 days and they said it was still being processed. I asked to cancel and they replied and said I can’t as it’s been shipped and gave me a false tracking number. I wrote again to ask what was going on and they replied to say it was in quality control. I said I didn’t want the item as my event has passed and they replied with another tracking code that doesn’t work and as of yet the item still hasn’t arrived. We paid extra for a quick service but this timeframe has passed some days ago. The responses are awful and misleading saying it’s been shipped when it hasn’t. I would score less if I could.

Couldn’t fault it was worried after reading reviews but it arrived a week after order 2 shirts 👌

Whatever you do, do not use these people.

Ordered a shirt for a special occasion. and paid for Priority Delivery (6-8 days) some two weeks later the shirt hasn't arrived and will not be here in time for the special occasion.

There customer services desk have since told me that it takes 3-5 days to process the order, followed by 6-8 days for delivery.

Furthermore they have bolted on something called VIP service to the cost... Pathetic

Shambles.

If it let me put zero I would have. Ordered a shirt on the 3rd April, as yet this still hasn't arrived (27th). It has been lost by the couriers.
I've asked for a refund time and time again, only to be "ask" to wait a few more days until they can rectify the issue. I've decline wanting to wait four times now and still no refund. The event I wanted this product has long past now. This company takes no accountability, and when I started emailing asking about the product they just repeat what the hermes app states.

Is there an option for zero stars? Was promised an order ordered on Monday for the Friday after. Was told the items were nearly ready on Wednesday. On Friday, still nothing had been sent and indeed one of the items has had a delay. Paid extortionate delivery for this to arrive in 3/5 business days. Nothing was stated regarding excessive time to create the items in China. Extras are added at the checkout illegally. I asked where my order was, and said it’s pointless if it’s not sent today, so indeed my order is now on hold. Funnily enough they tried fo charge £9 cancellation for the item they did not have in stock. Started to receive different communication from people once a day. No wonder the issues- google a Hawaiian shirt. They’re all the same company. Frauds until proven otherwise.
