Awful service, awful customer service, refusal to admit anything was wrong. No product delivered. No responsibility for an awful service.

I can confirm the previous reviews. Ordered on the 3rd Feb for Valentines Day. Arrived today on the 3rd March, a whole month later despite website claiming 5-8 days delivery and charging a significant amount for delivery. Tried to claim that Covid has delayed shipping times. The gift box I paid extra for was crushed and looked like they had removed a label from wherever they had purchased it from. Luckily the product looks okay, but overpriced for what it is.

The tracking number eventually works when the courier has actually received the goods which takes 3 weeks and then more days to actually receive up to date tracking information.

Update on previous review.. ordered on 3/2/21 for Valentine’s Day, a whole month later they finally arrived! I can confirm they are terrible quality and definitely not worth the time, effort or money!

I ordered my item for valentines 2 weeks in advance and it still came 3 weeks late. The customer service team won’t give me any refund or apology. When the item came it was exactly what I wanted, shame it came 3 weeks late

I paid vip service and the website said 5-8 business days. No interim contact either.

This company is absolute TRASH. As many others, ordered a gift for Valentine's Day on February 1st. It said 5-8 business days for shipping. It is MARCH 1st, and still no package. I've reached out to the company two times... no shipping information. Nothing. I asked for a refund - NOPE! What a joke. Even if shipping is somewhat delayed, this is absolutely ridiculous. Save your $40!!!

This company isn’t worthy of even one star. I’ll shadow what other’s have said , I’m still waiting on my order which was for valentines so I’ve asked for a refund... Firstly I was offered a 10% discount to then be told I must pay $9 to get a refund and my order can’t be adjusted or resold as it’s personalised to me to then be told my order has been on hold. So my only conclusion is Im being lied to (when they decided to reply to my several emails sent ) . Please don’t use this company as you will be disappointed . I’ve lost the money now as I refuse to invest any more of my time emailing and getting absolutely no where ....

Please do not order from these people. Total rip off, takes about 4 weeks to arrive, terrible customer service, terrible quality. Wish I would’ve read the reviews before purchasing. Ordered my item in January for valentines today. Turned up on the 27th Feb. Impossible to get in touch with customer service. They ignore emails when you request a refund. Totally awful. Save your money.

I ordered a valentines gift on the 2nd February, what a surprise! No gift yet !!!!! I have tried to get a refund but they will not refund. They said... its specially made and is out for delivery. This company is a joke. Avoid this company !!! Happy to take your money and not produce the product. They don't deserve even 1 star. A very very unhappy customer !!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! I ordered novelty boxers for Valentine’s Day on 4th feb and still no sign of them nor any responses to my many emails. I have reported them to PayPal and to Etsy who advertise them as they are clearly scammers taking peoples money and not sending out the goods!! Disgusting after everything people are going through right now ...

Poor service , ordered in the 4th Feb as a funny novelty valentines gift for the husband didn't arrive until the 20th Feb even tho the website was stating 5-8 days delivery. I emailed through explaining I had had to buy another gift for the husband and that I wasn't happy about the service. No form of acknowledgement from them just an email saying we don't aim for that service. I wouldn't have minded if they had offered me some sort of refund as the gift in the end was pointless, it didn't arrive for the purpose it was intended for. Would recommend at all ! Spoilt the day

Extremely disappointed! Ordered boxers on the 7th of February due for before Valentine’s Day. It is now the 24th of February with no delivery AND no update!

Scammers. Order has never arrived, even though I placed it nearly a month ago. Will not refund, tracking number doesn’t work and email responses are ridiculous. Terrible company!

Avoid like the plague!!! This company is an absolute joke! I placed an order on the 4th feb and still waiting delivery despite many emails confirming shipping! Appalling isn’t a strong enough word for this absolute disgraceful company!!!

Never received my item, have asked the company several times to refund me my money and they refuse saying that the item is on it's way, but the tracking shows they created a label two weeks ago and have yet to deliver the item to the shipping carrier for it to actually be mailed out. Absolutely disgusting company and customer service. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Placed my order 8th Feb 2021 was informed delivery 7 - 10 days however 15 days later still not arrived this is appalling, I have never received an apology email or kept informed, I have had to contact them. I would not recommend this company to anyone, I have requested my delivery fee back still no response. I would of put no stars but unfortunately that option was not available.

Ordered on 2nd Feb, now 21st Feb absolutely nothing. Embarrassing having nothing to give on Valentine’s Day even though you had ordered 2 weeks before. Sadly it seems this website is a scam, it shouldn’t be able to be so high up on google and advertise on social media. I wish I had read all these reviews before ordering 😔

Ordered 5th Feb. I ordered a photoboxer as a valentines gift with priority shipping. My husband received a wrong item (cheap keychain from soulfeed with a spotify link) today. Delivery address was from China! This is disappointing.

I ordered on 29th January for Valentines day. I had a reply to my first email but not my second one. I paid using PayPal so had started a dispute, told I had to wait until 10th March. Luckily they turned up today. Spolied the surprise for Valentines day and definitely won't be using again

I placed an order on 3rd Feb (delivery was supposed to be 5-8 days), it's been over 2 weeks and nothing has arrived. The company are ignoring my emails.
A tracking link was provided when the order was supposedly sent out but it does not work.
