I was served by Callum at the Ashford branch to collect a ring which had been repaired. He was professional and friendly. The work was carried out by Shelly and was to a very high standard. I was delighted with the result. A wonderful experience and can highly recommend.

I had an item of jewellery that I wanted to dispose of and contacted Pickwick Jewellers to see if they were interested. Mike at the Maidstone branch was very helpful and efficient. I will be using Pickwick Jewellers again.

Well I bought this keeper ring an when it came was well it said was a V but was a X so I sent it back they resized it and couldn't be any happier had to give it a extra little polish myself to it but all in all very happy plus the condition is like new so for the price an weight of 17 grams solid gold keeper u can't beat the price checked every jeweller they couldn't come close merry Christmas an happy new year people enjoy with family we no postal strikes going on but never let that stop u from having a blast of a Christmas merry Christmas
