I have bought, borrowed and sold with this company and always received the best level of service. When I’ve purchased jewellery from pickwick’s the staff have always been helpful in recommending pieces they know I would like. They have a great selection of jewellery ranging from vintage to new, pre-loved designer bags, shoes & watches. Personally I love to scroll through pickwicks onlie shop I recommend you do the same, big thanks to the pickwick’s team in ashford, Kent.

My two guardian angels.. Nilar and Bae.
I came to pickwick to loan some jewellery due to a unexpected expense.
I have to say that from start to finish they we're absolutely wonderful how they helped me with the whole process of my jewellery and my loan.
They were fully sympathetic of my situation and went above and beyond. Their level of customer service is amazing and both were so compassionate.
Both ladies are a credit to the Compnay and please if management read this plesse give these ladies a rise they deserve it!!!

Nilor explained everything concisely and in a way that made everything clear for me to understand. She was patient and listened to my queries and replied with knowledge, clarity and politeness. She also, tried to achieve the best deal for me and explained the easiest ways to retrieve my good. Overall, I'm extremely grateful for the service that I received and will go back to use their services again. I also recommend that you attend too to see that everything I've written is true.😊

Outstanding Service
Just popped into my local Pickwick Jewellers in the High-street (Ashford Kent) to see if they could help with a clasp on my Tiffany Bracelet that I had caught and pulled open. A quote from Tiffany was £75!
I was greeted by a lovely lady who was more than helpful and went out the back and returned with my Tiffany Bracelet repaired. Absolutely over the moon and the service of these two ladies went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is after repairs
The stock they also have onsite is lovely and the shop is both clean and welcoming
