Today I had to pop into my local Pickwick located in Ashford Town Centre (Kent), I was greeting incredibly politely by the lady behind the counter who introduced herself as Christina, lovely lady also very pretty which was just a bonus :-)
Can not complain and if I had to sale anymore Jewellery I would certainly come back

My fathers wife sold a watch to Samuel in the Dartford branch of Pickwick. He was extremely helpful and kind to her and she is happy to recommend both the company and Samuel for the excellent customer service provided.

Tried to buy an item in dartford branch that was out of stock the assistant found it in another store gave me the product code I ordered midday on the Friday and it was delivered on the Saturday by 12

I went into the Folkestone branch of Pickwicks and was looked after by Lucy.
Lucy was lovely throughout, gave me her honest opinions when I asked for them and sold me a beautiful piece at a price I was happy with. I’ve used Pickwicks before for foreign currency which has always been the best deal, my visit today showed me what a gem of a place this is.

I have previously purchased from this company the service and prices are excellent the customer service is outstanding nothing is to much trouble they go above and beyond
