Bought a pair of 9ct gold earrings from the website at a great price. What a wonderful surprise to receive them super-fast, and find the quality of the jewellery is superb.

This is how fine jewellery shopping should be - quality pieces, at non-crazy prices, and old fashioned customer service that's as warmly courteous as it is professional. Special shout-out to the Ashford store's classy manager Christina, for her 5 Star service. This lady is a real credit to the Pickwick brand.

I use Pickwick whenever I need to buy currency. I find the rate (especially the online rate) very favourable and they always have Euros available in the store. This time, Christine in the Ashford shop was especially helpful, professional and friendly. I thoroughly recommend using Pickwick for currency exchange.

Nicola at the Eltham branch was so helpful in fixing my necklace and only took a few minutes. Highly recommend!

I was there on Friday 4th August 2023.

I’ve used this branch regularly over the years as they have always offered me the best rates on the high street, if I need any items pawned, best price was given, and lately I’ve dealt with 2 women named Sam and Shelley, both really friendly and again offered me the best price to get my rings re sized, I don’t go anywhere else ( Dartford )

I have previously had my wedding rings cleaned and a claw fixed, in which Shelley was extremely helpful, quick and did an amazing job. I since popped into the shop to have some links taken out of a bracelet and both Shelley and Gillian were great in assisting me with this. A little hidden gem for all your jewelry needs!

I went into Folkestone branch today served by Lucy, what a lovely lady helpful and professional. Got a great deal on my currency exchange. And while I was there I got a lovely ring ☺️. Definitely use there again

I went to sell some broken bangles for scrap gold and was served by Samuel, who was very welcoming and helpful. He was polite and efficient and happy to help. It is a very friendly place to visit where you get excellent customer service.
