Terrible experience, untrustworthy company. I ordered in october, after 3 months they replied to my emails apologizing for the delay then nothing else. No delivery nor money back.

Item never arrived. Only the first of my emails was answered with an excuse why it was taking so long. After that there was no further communication.

I placed two orders with this seller after finding them through a Facebook ad, spending a total of around 100€. Six months later, I still have not received anything. The shipping information they provided expired without ever showing real movement, and they eventually stopped acknowledging my emails altogether.

The combination of extremely long delays, expired tracking, and complete lack of communication is a serious red flag. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before purchasing from this seller. Until they demonstrate reliable delivery and customer support, buying from them carries a high risk of losing your money.

I ordered from this company before Christmas 2025 and have sent several email follow ups about not receiving my order, they have failed to fullfil my order or refund my money, I certainly would not recommend them in the future

Would give zero if possible. Ordered an item on 11th October 2025 and as of today 20 March 2026 it has not been delivered. Have contacted the company numerous times times and they keep saying it will be dispatched soon. They will not process a refund despite the item being purchased as a Christmas gift. Terrible service
Update - now on 8th April and still no product and no response from customer support

I wouldn’t even give a 1 star to this company ordered something for my son in Oct 2025 sent multiple emails to find out where my package is, first one sent I had a reply that there was an issue with it so had to pull all stock, but had nothing further absolutely disgusting service and still out of pocket

Made my order in october 2025, thought that it will make a great Christmas present for my kid. It’s February 2026 - i asked for a refund multiple times, but never heard anything back. This is a 100% scam!

Definitely a scam. I have never received the product and cannot get the refund.

The company is a scam. I wish I had researched before purchasing the rally buddy. Ordered in November - had one response to say it was delayed.

I did an order on October ‘25. Now it’s February and I didn’t receive it and they don’t want to give me back my money!

I saw multiple Ads on different social media platforms, so was less cautious than I should have been.
Ordered the STEM Box for my kids at the start of October 2025. Recieved tracking information within a couple of days. However it never updated.
After a couple of weeks I emailed asking for an update, and like with everyone else, had a generic email stating there was a delay and it would be another 4-6 weeks.
After the 6 weeks, I emailed another 2 times through the website, and through Shopify disputes, but recieved no reply to either.
Entered a dispute with bank and had it refunded.

Don’t trust it! No received order, no answers to contact!

Definitely a scam. I placed an order for September 2025 and have still not received it.

Only after emailing them for a refund, did they inform me there have 'unexpected delays' in production, etc.
It makes no sense to not inform your customers of this and to wait for them to contact you to tell them.

Scam. Stay away.

Terrible scam. I ordered a product in October 2025. I sent multiple emails after 1 month of not receiving only to get a generic response saying there’s a production delay. Each month that passed I sent another email with a similar response. I have asked multiple times for a refund as it was meant to be a Christmas present for the kids but it never came. Over 3 months on and still no product, $85 Australian gone. If I could give 0 stars review I would. I would advise to stay away from this company, it appears to be a scam

Scam company. Placed order 3 months ago. Have been emailing repeatedly for product. All I get is BS automated replies about material lead times.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! Received nothing, no communication or response. Shut them down. My poor mum was excited to buy this for her grandkids.

Ordered back in August 2025. Originally said they were awaiting stock due to higher demand than expected, waited 8 weeks (said 4-6weeks). Emailed and they said that the new stock didn’t meet their safety expectations and so another 4 weeks wait. Started to realise the scam. Wrote again and got a generic fake apology email, which was patronising. I replied to this asking for a refund. There was no further replies despite me sending a couple more emails (on separate dates). Contacted my bank who refunded. Do NOT fall for this scam; if you have already; contact your bank who can then refund you and chase them for the money later.
