Simlar to others

As with many others, ordered mid-October 2025 and its now end of December 2025. I have chased twice, once was essentially told "processing times are currently a bit longer than usual" and that I'd get email updates at every stage. I have had no emails, and I am happy to wait "a bit longer than usual" during times of high demand, but this is ridiculous. No response to second chaser email. Have filed for a chargeback with bank so will at least get my money back.

Not even worth 1 star. Total Scam.

Not even worth 1 star. I purchased the RallyBuddy (also called RallyNet so they can scam more people) for my son for Xmas 3 months ago and still haven't received it. The website linked via Facebook is fake, as are the reviews on the website. When I have followed up I have received some correspondence regarding 'delayed orders' etc. etc. but that too is false information. It's all a scam. Do not purchase.

Do not order from these guys

Do not order from these guys. It’s a scam. They just never send the goods. And when you email support you just get generic emails siting shipping or manufacture problems. It’s total bs.
I’ve been demanding a refund for weeks. And still nothing.

Scammer Do not purchase anything from Pookino, they take your money and run!

If I could put negative 100 I would! Big scam, don’t purchase from this company. They take your money then come up with excuses why they haven’t sent your item after 4 months of waiting and emailing. Thanks for checking in about your recently placed order! Due to increased demand, our processing times are currently a bit longer than usual.
This is their email replies when asked where your CutterBot is and then ask for a refund:

Thanks so much for your patience. We’ve been experiencing unexpected delays due to an overwhelming increase in demand from our sale, it was more than we anticipated.
Unfortunately, when our bulk inventory arrived, it didn’t meet our safety and quality standards. We’ve since paused shipping and are working closely with our supplier to fix the issue before sending anything out.
Because our products are made-to-order and built with care, this increases our overall lead time. But rest assured, we’re doing everything we can to get your product to you safely and soon.

I purchased on the 13th of Sept 2025 and still nothing on the 19th Dec 2025 just excuses why they haven’t processed my order but taken my money.

Absolute scam

I should have checked reviews before purchasing. This is definitely a scam. I’ve read through some of the positive reviews here and interestingly most of them have words joined together and even the one that claims to be from NZ says it’s from the US, so like the website and the cutter bot, I’d say they’re fake too. Also changed website name from pookino to ‘screenfreedays’ in the last few months. Red flags everywhere.

Without a doubt the worst costumer…

Without a doubt the worst costumer service I’ve ever dealt with. 10 weeks. I asked twice for my order to be cancelled. Now they can’t because it’s in the “fulfillment” process, but it’ll be another 4-6 weeks.

Mia never gets back to emails in a timely manner either.

It’s my fault. I thought it’d be a cool project for my kids but shame on me for researching the company first.

Like all the other comments say, I too ordered a product months ago that never arrived.
Customer service doesn’t provide any solution and refuses to refund. I contacted support regarding the product I bought, and they gave a generic answer that spoke about a completely different product, alleging supply chain problems.
Definitely a scam, I lost my money. Please, do not lose yours.

Terrible company. Scam central. Took the money and repeatedly blamed shipping delays. No product has arrived 4 months later. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

GB-based? Will never arrive. Wish I had read these before ordering

Wish I had read these before ordering! Total scam. Ordered in Sept and it’s now Dec. have received responses from the customer service team but they’re def automated and then they say they can’t refund but I can return once I receive it. But if it never arrives then what….? Will attempt refund via credit card. Do NOT waste your money!
