Ordered October 15th said it was in transfer October 17th. Mid November emailed and got that wait times were longer than expected. Asked for a refund and to cancel my order. Was told since it was "moving" all i can do is refuse delivery when it shows up. Never got any useful tracking info and beginning of December got another email saying that they received faulty equipment and that shipping would be another 4 to 6 weeks before shipping. I used my debt card and contacted my bank to report it as a scam. I should be getting my money back via my bank in 5 days and they will be investigating the company. I dont trust this company to refund me if I refuse delivery so I went this route. Never buying anything off of Facebook it is full of scammers. I will stick with the Tik Tok shop. They are much easier to deal with an give amazing tracking info!

Scam, don't buy from this company. Item never received, they kept leading me in without giving me a straight answer about my order and then when I asked for a refund they stopped replying.

Ordered early Oct - and no updates or no answer to emails - except to say their processing times are longer than normal !! Totally scam - don’t buy

Scam. Ordered 3 months back and still waiting for product.

Scam. Ordered in September, now they do not respond to mails and wont do the refund.

Its a SCAM order 9th october today nothing !!!

I ordered 2 boxes on 25th Sept 2025. I have emailed several times and received responses stating supply difficulties.
These emails are generic and have not answered specific questions.
I have now given up and requested a refund. I don't expect I will get my money back either as I now think it is a scam.
Unfortunately I didn't pay through PayPal or with a credit card so I assume I have lost my money, lesson learned. Don't buy through Facebook.

Scam!!! Order in September still not arrived. Their excuse was they had in influx of orders and would get it out as soon as possible. It's December still nothing. AVOID

If there was a zero star i would have chosen that! Bought items early October and now its December still no updates on the postage! Wrote to customer service asking for refund and replied saying they can only do that once the item is returned (which might never happen at this rate!!) SCAM AVOID AT ALL COST!

Ordered nearly 2 months ago with priority postage but nothing received. I wish I had read these reviews beforehand. So many people in the UK have had problems. Avoid.

SCAM !! Don’t order !! Product never arrived, tracking link was deleted by them.

Order never arrives, they will use delay tactics and say the item is on it's way etc, but after 3 months of waiting I have given up and will be charging back on my credit card.

Like many others here I received an email saying it would take longer to deliver. Emails to them are returned undeliverable. 2 months in my only option is chargeback through my bank.

Ordered items in September. Tracking info arrived but items have never even been shown as collected. Contacted them and it went to a gmail account which immediately set alarm bells. They said there were delays in manufacturing due to a faulty part. I chased twice more then requested a refund and have been told as it’s in transit a refund can’t be processed I would need to refuse delivery and then refund would be issued. I’ve now reported it to my credit card company to try and get my money back

SCAM WARNING

They claim month after month there is delays when you try to reach out to see where the product is! Months later, still no product. They refuse to refund and state that the order is being packed and can return for refund but then still doesn't ever arrive. Customer service team doesn't address the issues and just refuses to refund and tells you to keep waiting for something that never arrives. Please don't order!

SCAM. If I could give zero stars, I would. My partner ordered one of their cardboard cutters for our sons birthday months ago. It was a trusted advertisement on Instagram. After not receiving the item and having no communication from them, he emailed asking for an update. They sent an email saying due to high demand, orders were taking longer than usual to dispatch. Weeks and weeks down the line, still nothing. No response to further emails. Will look to get our money back through the bank as others have reported they will not cancel the order or refund. Such a shame and such awful people to do this.

Fk-n scammers. took my money, never sent goods, wont reply to emails.

This is a scam. Nothing will ever arrive and they won’t respond to you. Do not buy from here
