Great Service

easy to access, easy to follow, link to payment is straightforward and relatively painless... given how complex banking security is becoming..
All in all a great service.
Would like parcel postage stamps added if possible.

DO NOT USE MyPostShop

DO NOT USE - If it were possible to give ZERO stars I would.

After only receiving part order, I contacted MyPostShop in order to find out where the balance order was (items totalling nearly £100). I was informed that as it had been more than 14 days since order, they would not be investigating the matter further. AND THAT WAS IT. No offer to resend or refund. An absolutely DISGRACEFUL service.

Shocking

Shocking! I paid for £100 1st class stamps on next day delivery and have received nothing! They were for very important wedding invites... simply avoid.

Placed an order on 5/1/21 for next day…

Placed an order on 5/1/21 for next day delivery still nothing 10/1/22, no response from three emails to them, no contact phone number, I found a number in their FAQ part of the site but its disconnected. I wont ever use them again something is wrong.

Always receive my stamps within 1 or 2 days.

Easiest way to get stamps for me and will always continue to use!

Can't get a simple order right

Ordered 50 x large first class stamps. Didn't just receive erroneous items but it was someone else's order and invoice with sensitive information on there. Arranged for swift collection and replacement. Received the wrong items AGAIN. Had assumed the association with Staples would have yielded a certain level of competence. I was wrong.

The worst customer service 1star is to…

The worst customer service 1star is to much for them
after 45min on the phone waiting to someone answer they don't have a clue to dealing with cancelation order they don't have a clue about where your order are and they don't have a clue what is a mean copy of the statement i been call many time and always is the same this people must need a good trainer because just lie to the customer with stupid excuses like this girl Shannon don't have any idea where my order was and when will be delivery and also don't have a clue what is a mean a statement.

Dont use if you are in a hurry!

I always used mypostshop for purchasing but since it has amalgamted with Staples the stock and delivery are terrible waiting near a week for a delivery and having to constantly email requesting invoices, I have now decided to stop using them due to the bad experiences I have had

Absolut nightmare

Absolut nightmare! I would leave 0 stars if it was possible. I bought printhead that stopped working properly after 3-4 months. I contacted the company in June (5th month from the purchase). She didn't calculated warranty end correctly and said it ended 27th June (I bought it 25th January). When I realised that, contacted her again and then she asked me for proving the amount of time I've used the printhead. Absolutely ridiculous! Avoid this company! They certainly aren't there for customer.

Constantly sending me the wrong order

This company were unable to send me goods that were advertised as in stock on their website. Their warehouse sent me the wrong goods and after phone calls and email I had to wait in whilst the wrong goods were collected and received at their warehouse before they would refund me or send out the right goods. I gave them a second chance to send the right goods but again the warehouse sent me the same wrong goods again. The staff at the call centre try their best, they emailed the warehouse 3 times but got no reply from them. Apparently they do not have a phone. So I gave up and asked for a refund nearly two months to resolve.
The website is used by a lot of companies so hence the poor service. Got in touch with another company who delivered the right product within two days!
