Talking with Rachel was the best thing ever, I was lucky she was the one to answer my inquiries when I started to live chat. she solve the issue I was having but then live chat wasn't available so I had to talk with other associates they werent as helpful but my problem was solve at the end of the day. Rachel is perfect, she understood what the customer needs. I am about to place another order for leggings. I have sent the link to my coworker so she can order leggings. Because of the experience I had with the other coworkers I was really second guessing if I should order more or not, Rachel saved my day. It really goes to show how one person can make a difference, imagine if I did not get Rachel the first time when I started to live chat, this would be a totally different experience for me. The customer service team replies to messages very fast. The leggings that this company sells are amazing, and worth the money

I spoke with Matt, and he was very helpful in resolving a billing issue and an item damaged on arrival. After sales service was great, but initial ordering process had a bunch of glitches relating to coupons and first time buyer discounts.

This is a dishonest company. The promised gift products are not delivered to clients. And they don't answer your complaints. They prefer to receive bad reviews before they fulfill their promises.

I have used Myprotein.ie (Ireland) before and only great experiences. However, the one time I used Myprotein.ca (Canada) it was very poor. I purchased an order worth $124 on 13th June. After waiting 10 days I called the delivery company only to be told the order had me returned to sender (which is in the USA by the way).
25th June: I was told by the Myprotein.ca customer support that "Once returned, a refund will automatically be generated for the order, and enter your account within 3-5 working days."
14th July: I followed up as 3 weeks had passed and still no sign of a refund. I was told it could take up to 30 days to be returned.
29th July: I followed up once again as it had been over 30 days since the item was returned to sender. A customer support member then checked my order and found it had been returned and I should receive my refund in 3-5 working days.
Finally on 3rd August almost 2 months after I placed my order (13th June), I received a refund.
Also I would like to point out that on the Myprotein.ca website it claims to have an 4 star Great reputation, however they do not. They have 2 star Poor reputation with multiple complaints that are all very similar.
So im summation, Myprotein Ireland or UK is good but Myprotein.ca are not up to the same standards.
Order dispatched on december 17th and i'm unable to track it however they provided me with a tracking ID. The carrier confirm that they have not my tracking ID on their system and MyProtein say that the carrier didn't scan the product! Who should i trust???

I did buy micellar protein and it was open. Honestly it was not bad, it was just a little unzipped. When i told them they gave me my money back and left the old one too. Professional customer service and much respect to their customers. Also i bought all my supplements from them and i am very excited to take it NOW
