Just ordered my 11 Lb protein from them (Order No. 200661058) costing me 111.58CAD and when I checked to see if it has been delivered saw that it's now available at apprx. 96 CAD with new promotion. Requested the customer care to price match since the product has not been delivered and they said "no".
I won't be buying from them again for sure. Lost one customer who just ordered his first and last product.

I can see that this is an untracked order and it should have been received by now, I can see that you have confirmed via messages on your account that a neighbour or another person at the address could have taken the parcel in for you. So I can get this refunded or replaced for you so you are not inconvenienced any further.

Your website is dishonest. It does not say "depends on the province." This person was rude, clearly I believed my parcel would be tracked and put my trust in the company. To just say "no it is with an untracked service" is basically like saying no your stupid. How am I supposed to know? I ordered from you with confidence, clearly I am wrong. Fix your website, this is not ok!

Good product, decent price, but their customer service is atrocious. Just because of that its a 1 star.
I placed an order over three weeks ago and it still is in the processing stage. I had to come to my own conclusion that the warehouse was out of the item. Why couldn't you tell me upfront that the item was out of stock?
I reached out to their customer service through the website, but no one replied. So I reached out on their facebook page where they did reply but were not helpful at all. Instead of simply sending the same size of protein with a different flavour they advised me to make a new order with a different flavour option. Which now is 10$ more in total than what I originally paid for.

I accidentally entered my address in wrong and I ordered the wrong stuff not going to lie never had such a quick response with such ease in my life ever! I hate freaking calling in talking to a robot and being on hold for who-knows-how-long most the time it's an average of half hour to 45 minutes. It's 11 p.m. my time and asked me if I wanted to live chat I thought it was a joke because I thought I was just going to have to leave an email... no joke Chris picked me up right away cancelled my order directed me to the product I needed and I'm all done within a matter of literally 3 minutes this is freaking service!

I have ordered first time and had some concerns so i spoke to an awesome agent name James and communicate with him. James was upon investigation to solve the problem right away and he was fast enough to resolve the issue. he was very positive , humble and professional. he have even refund the delivery charges. i am very pleased with his service. he is the best. thanks
