TLDR : they say they fuelling our ambition, but lately they've been fuelling deceptions after deceptions. My last experience was so bad that I had to create a TrustPilot account and share my disappointment.
I did two orders with them.
First experience has nothing to complain about beside the fact that they shipped the items 3-4 days after orders was created.
Second order experience was among the worst experience I had from online shopping (more details later)
The good :
Price is below of what you would pay for similar product if you get good sale. (not all of their sale are good)
Some online research point out that MyProtein have the best protein ratio (although I don't know how accurate/unbiased is that independent research was)
The meh :
Even if there's always "sales" ongoing on the website, most product has inflated price between (10% to 15% inflated price). So you need to pay attention on the price of what's in your cart if it'S really a sale or "fake sale". Sometimes for the same product, the price gap can be huge (we're talking about 20 to 30% difference from sale to sale). The price itself can raise and go down many times a year.
The bag that contain the product is not the best choice to contains powder since there's always some powder that go out and it's not 100% sealed. Also… picking powder in such bag can be messy… so better transfer the powder into a solid container.
Shipping delay : first order was dispatched after 4 days which is … acceptable… 2nd order was dispatch after 7 days… which is… questionable.
The bad :
Consistency : product flavor can differ a lot from times to times
Support is borderline useless: I sent an email about the amount of sucralose in a product that I ordered. They were not able to answer me.
If you happen to order a product that was available on the website when you did your order but not when time to ship (dispatch), you will lose your time asking them to ship it independently. I did a somewhat big order with 3 items. Among those items there was a shaker. The shakers never made it to my place and they gave me the excuse that they can't ship the shaker to my country, but the shaker still available to order as I write this review.
The expiring date : Some items are on big sale because the expiry date is about to come… or as other reviewers point out … item are straight out EXPIRED. So be careful because they don'T show the expiring date on the product they sale. I ordered some pea protein and will expire after 5 months upon the product reception. Support will tell you it's not an expiration date but it "best before".
The chocolate flavor : For some reason, their chocolate flavor taste really unnatural… I can't even call it chocolate.

So an item on their website is available (Myprotein Canada), but the item isn't available to ship to that area (Canada). So why is the item on the Canadian website to begin with if it cannot be shipped to Canada? First I was told it would be dispatched within 72 hours, than I was told it couldn't be shipped to my area (Canada) after those 72 hours were up. I have ordered this item on 3 separate occasions and received them on those 3 separate occasions in my area. Nothing but poor excuses from Myprotein.

I used the online chat to ask about the nutritional values of specific flavours of a certain product and was pleased with how quickly I was connected to the service. The agent I spoke with, Andy, was enthusiastic and efficient and provided me with all the information I needed. Usually a good experience, except one time they sent me their largest bag of glutamine with a 6 month expiry date. I asked if it was a mistake - their excuse was, "oh if you consumed it everyday, you will finish it on the expiry date. and it's a best buy date when the quality may go down, but it's still safe to consume". I wish I would have been told earlier. I've ordered supplements for 15 years everywhere online and have never had similar experience, nor is this representative of my usual experiences with them. But just a heads up, that this can and will happen.

Have bought several proteins, supplements, gear from my protein in the past and you can't beat there quality and value. I wanted to try the vegan line as Ive heard plant protein is better for bloating. Was talking to James and he offered to waive the shipping to give me a chance to try it out. Excellent customer service and if I do end up liking it, guess who has all my business for plant protein!!
