I have been waiting for 14 days to receive my package. I even received Shein package before Myprotein package. Wouldn't even write this complaint if it wasn't a present for my friends birthday. Should have at least received an e-mail saying that it takes longer to send.

Prices of Impact Whey keep going up
Prices of Impact Whey keep going up. Each of my orders is more expensive than the previous one. New packaging is also just a gimmick to give away less product for more money. Product is great, but I'll have to change brand at some point if this trend continues. Webshop, packaging and delivery are very nice and on point.

Bad descriptions, there is no way to know which tracksuits have brushed inside and which don't (which are suitable for warmer weather)
Pictures also .... hard to tell which leggings are which ....
Also items in some sizes always unavailable/sold out.

The price on 5kg with 55% discount was 98€ and now for 4kg is 112€ so that is enormous difference in price…

Bad payment experience and false advertise
50% was worth only for 2hrs, You tried to save my one time "safe" Revolut card and payment could not be made. Just bad experience over all. Other shops will be happy to get that money again...

I have the app installed and it's so slow it always blocks when I go into a product, so when I go back to the browser it takes me back to the beginning or blocks me, so I can't order through the app.

Sick of fake discounts
I'm tired of the constant "overpriced" base prices and the endless cycle of 40-50% discounts. It feels like a marketing trap rather than a real deal. I would much prefer honest, realistic pricing with genuine occasional sales instead of these constant "limited time" gimmicks. Please start valuing your customers' intelligence.
