Not affordable like before
I have been a customer of this store for several years and have purchased protein products from you multiple times. The product quality has generally been good, which is why I kept coming back.
However, there are a few issues that I find disappointing. First, there is no option for installment payments, even though Diners card payments are accepted. When I contacted customer support to ask whether installment payments (for example via Diners) would be available in the future, I received a response stating that installment payments are only possible through GPay or PayPal. This answer was unclear and somewhat confusing, as it did not directly address my question.
Another concern is the significant price increase. In 2019, I purchased the same protein (on sale) for around €10-12 per kilogram, while now the price (on sale) is about €32-35 per kilogram. I understand that prices can change over time, but this increase feels excessive from a customer's perspective.
I hope the store will consider adding clearer payment options, including installment plans, and continue to review pricing policies to remain competitive and customer-friendly.
