Didn’t receive one of my items and item took too long to come very disappointed. My hard earned money was put to waste very upset abiut all of this.

Order placed three weeks ago
Order placed three weeks ago. First delivery was returned to myprotein by fastaway due to damaged package. Requested the the same items be sent again. Over a week later tracking shows the new package is also damaged and has be returned to my protein. Disgraceful that they chose to use the worst delivery company within Ireland to deliver their orders and no compensation offered

Fantastic delivery
I needed the snacks fast so ordered on Tuesday afternoon paid €12.99 for delivery and delivered next day from Poland.

My Protein Nightmare: A Saga of Ineptitude
My Protein? Ha! More like "My Poisonous Protein"! This abomination of a company couldn't navigate their way out of a paper bag, let alone handle the basic task of fulfilling orders. And their chosen courier, Fastway? It's as if they hired a troop of blindfolded monkeys to handle deliveries. It's been a month since I placed my order, only to have it vanish into thin air without a trace. And what do I get in return? Generic, mind-numbing emails that offer no solution and not a single shred of accountability. Do yourself a favour and avoid this circus of ineptitude masquerading as a business. Unless you enjoy playing the fool while they laugh all the way to the bank, steer clear of My Protein and their disastrous partnership with Fastway!

What a load of rubbish! There's no such thing as messaging on Trustpilot, and your blatant lies only add insult to injury. Instead of owning up to your failures, you continue to peddle falsehoods in a pathetic attempt to save face. Ordering from My protein is so easy and quick, got my stuff in 24 hours! Products are good, especially love the protein whey isolate as I’m not keen on the texture and flavour of protein powder in things. But flavours selling out too quick, please make more! 😍

Absolutely the worst customer service I…
Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!They sent me product which had different ingredients than described on website.I tried to replace / return it since month already but customer service keep saying that it has to go through QC team first.Internal procedures in cost of the consumer and still didn't provide any solution

"incompetent is being polite" Hi Lulama, first of all i asked for no delivery by fastway couriers, and what do you do? send it out with fastway couriers, and it gets returned. Then you do the exact same thing again after all the emails i sent to you telling you that fastway won't deliver because of court proceedings against them, and you still ignore me, and what i requested. It looks like you are the most incompetent shop i have ever dealth with over the net. kindly delete the account as i want nothing more to do with incompetent people. i have wasted so much of my time with you, and you don't still listen to whats being said to you. ill deal with the matter the way you deserve it to be handled. My order wasn't delivered twice
My order wasn't delivered it was returned to MyProtein - twice. No one bothered to contact me to tell me what happened either time. Ultimately, I had to ask for a refund, which they gave me, because I honestly think it would have just happened again.
Update: After posting my previous review MyProtein contacted me to "address the issue". I waited three weeks to see if they would follow through, they have not. They told me over the phone that they would give me a €10 voucher for the online store. I said that the online voucher wasn't very useful if the products don't get delivered. They told me they would address this by assessing what the issue was and contacting me with the resolution. They did not. As far a I can tell, they contacted me so that they could post a reply to my previous review stating the issue had been resolved, it has not.
