Edit: i note the response below from my protein. I already tried to resolve this via their support, and they told me to contact the currier directly then stopped responding . Not interested. The response in here is to save face.

By warned My Protein use "Fastway" for deliveries in Ireland, meaning you either wont get the item "attempted delivery" lies or some other lie. MyProtein tell you to contact Fastway but Fastyway don't respond to tickets. Every order from Fast Way goes like this.

1. Good News we have your item
2. The item is on board with the driver.
3. Attempted delivery - we are unable to gain access to your property. This is untrue, I suspect it's due to the traffic in my area and the delivery guy could not be bothered.

The flavour tastes absolutely amazing I ordered this in on Thursday and it arrived the following morning unreal I couldn’t recommend enough

I have ordered protein its shows delivered order number 643292277 R and they said they send it again and iam asking then for my refund again and again but they are not replying and their customer service is worst.I need my refund but they dont even taking any action or not replying.Please suggest me about the consumer rights case.As iam very fade up with this company.Please mail me Shivamsharma.sicsindia gmail com and feel free to contact any lawyer.They have pathetic customer service even they have customer service number on website which never works.Dont Buy anything From Them.

I ordered in early december so that I would have the items for christmas. The website says international delivery to my country takes a week and the email said my package would arrive on the 18th of december.

Not only did I not get it in time for christmas, so I had no gift for a family member, but I still don't have it to this day. According to the tracking link I got, the package is literally in another country atm with no updates whatsoever in the last two weeks.

Go order from hsn, bodylab or lee sports instead, I never had any problems with them

Edit: I talked to the customer support and eventually did receive my package. Still unhappy that it took so long and I'm probably not going to order from myprotein again

I don't know what on earth happened to this company, as I've ordered from them many a times before but now they are an absolutely abysmal train wreck.

I ordered something at the end of november, waited for days. Nothing.

Then I get an email 9 days ago telling me, due to shipping restrictions they can't ship an item, and they will need to cancel it from the order.

7 days ago, oh sorry we apologize we still haven't sent it out to you, thank you for your patience, all the usual corporate rubbish.

6 days ago, oh it's been shipped it will be with you between today and NEXT WEEK Monday. There was no tracker before and it's been more than a week!

Now I get message telling me oh they no longer have it in stock, even though the tracker NOW says 02/12/2024, Pick-up scheduled
The package has been processed and is waiting to be picked up by Evri.

How can you tell me the product is out of stock, but will be delivered today when the tracker hasn't updated in almost 10 days!?

Now they have audacity to tell me the money hasn't been taken out of my account? They charged me for this MORE THAN A WEEK AGO!

Abysmal service, I won't be going near them again. Avoid.

I done a order worth £34.99 on the 2nd of December while I was waiting for this order I realised I needed a few more bits so done another order, this order came within 3 days however the order from the 3rd has been lost by them.
I have tried doing the live chat but because I have had a more recent order come it doesn’t understand and just says it’s been delivered.
I then done the text message option and have been point blank ignored.
I have then messaged on messenger and finally got a reply once I threatened to complain, they offered me a refund or a replacement and I selected replacement in which they said it would be dispatched today, it was dispatched but it’s the wrong order it’s the one I already have.
Even though I gave them the order number that was missing it has still went wrong.
Overall £34.99 down and terrible customer service.

And it’s for ‘clear whey protein 20 servings’ and ‘ clear collagen protein powder vimto’
I have been forced into writing this review as I neither have the product I want or my money back.

Took €56.94 from my account with no order or agreement - after a previous horrible experience with them already! I’ve had to block My Protein with my bank now.

In ready response to My Protein’s automated reply - I do not have an order number - I did not order anything from you since the last debacle. Which you’d know if you actually read my review. I’ve got the charge on my account to show Google if you try to remove the review. I’ve already sent two emails to your team (without response) to try resolve it.

Could someone help me to get this company please!
I placed an order worth £115 but no acknowledgment, no delivery no contact.
I tried to look for their UK phone number but it’s been telling me that they are closed day or night, 24 hours a day. I searched for their email, I sent an email to them but not responding. I tried to chat with them at 12:11hrs after waiting for more than 3 hours, I slept off.
I started chatting with their robot, collected all my information. I put in everything required. The robot said he would pass me over to human.
I waited for about 4 hours and then slept off. I woke up around 19:00hrs, went to check if my concerns had been addressed, at 18:40hrs, I saw “my name is Bella from my protein, how may I help you”
By 19:00hrs, she was already gone!
I paid with credit card and hopefully, I will get my money back BUT stay away from this company please.
No customer services, no functional chatting, no phone number, no email address.
The money taken immediately from my account, they’re nowhere to be found.
Highly likely to be a rogue trader.
I have bought items from them before, they delivered items in a box that was broken to the extent that the delivery Man was saying if I were you, I wouldn’t accept this. After going through the broken box, I actually noticed that they are not my orders, even though my name was written on the box. They delivered my orders following day and I thought the mistake was one off.
I will never recommend or buy anything from them again.
They said there are free 4 items for you to pick from, behold, there were nothing!
Be careful of them! The mistake I made is just that I did not read their reviews on trustpilot before proceeding to purchase the items.
