Great nappies and a great service!
Great nappies and just such a great service getting delivery to your home. It’s so nice to open up a new nappy and not smell that awful plasticky smell, knowing those chemicals aren’t going next to my baby’s skin. I think the sizes are generous in comparison to other brands too!

Quick and convenient delivery. Efficient customer service which have saved my bacon more than a few times when I’ve made any mistakes with the order … but best of all the nappies are soft but absorbent and packaging all paper/ card so super eco friendly 🙌🏼

Affordable organic nappies!
Have been using Pura nappies since my baby was born and I have no complaints. Affordable prices for organic nappies safe for my little one. No leakage issues. Only time it happens is when we put the nappies on incorrectly not the fault of the product. Also very fast delivery.

Perfect solution for little bums!
The Pura flushable wipes are brilliant for our 3 year old daughter. They are fully flushable, gentle on the skin, effective at cleaning up all sorts of messes and by buying in bulk we saved a lot too. I’d recommend to any parent who wants a gentle solution for their little one.

Making the switch!
We have been wanting to try this brand for weeks after getting a sample diaper at a local event. The sample was unfortunately a size that was too small. So only got to feel the quality of the product. Fast forward to about 2 weeks ago! Was doing some shopping and decided to grab a box of diapers in our regular brand. But remembered to look at this brand again. But like many other times, our size was sold out.
But fate had a plan! The founder, and 2 other members were in the isle discussing their product, I assume. They kindly asked what product I was looking at and why I didn't choose it. I said the Pura but our size is always sold out. As it's happened multiple times! After a short, but great interaction, I had given them my info for them to send me the product in our size! How wonderful they are and were! Not only did they send the product, but they sent the largest quantity box they have!
It's been about a week since receiving the diapers! Many Over nights and poo diapers! They held up great! No leaking! A great fit! Really LOVE the higher back on the diaper! Also the chambers? That run down the diaper! Seems like there is less sagging! They are sooooo soft and sooo flexible! And ZERO rash!! The ingredient list is sooo much better than many well known major brands! I think the price point for such quality is good!
We will be making the switch!

Great nappies and amazing costumer service
Great nappies, used all the way from newborn to preschooler. Nappy rashes have never been a thing in our home! Recommended the nappies to many but, even more importantly, Pura's costumer service is impeccable. Great seeing the brand growing over the years - well done!

Excellent product which does what it says.…
I got these for my son-in-law who had had an operation on his 'rear end' and it was painful. These gentle, moisturised wipes were ideal and he is still using them. I think they are really for babies and the fact they were so good for him when he was sore shows they will be ideal for babies delicate skin. This is why I recommend them fully. If we had any babies in the family they would definitely have these to clean them. The fact that they are flushable makes them even better.

Shrinkflation rears its head again
Obvious reduction in packet size, and the quality of the wipes - 60 wipes instead of 70, and the wipes themselves are significantly thinner than the previous iteration. Less bothered about fewer wipes, really very disappointed at the corner-cutting with regards to the quality.

Thanks for leaving us a review. We're really sorry that you haven't had a good experience with your recent order of wipes. We have recently updated our packaging design after receiving feedback that our wipes could be tricky to remove one at a time. Each wipe is now interleaved so that they should now more easily lead on to the next one.
We want to reassure you that while you are receiving 60 wipes per pack instead of 70, we do now ship 12 packs cases instead of 10. So we want to reassure you that you are receiving more wipes overall at 720 per case instead of 700 per case.
We're sorry again about these issues you've been experiencing. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us as we are listening and are already in the process of tweaking our packs.

A happy customer for 5 years
I have been using pura wipes since my daughter was born and she is now 4. I still take a pack everywhere we go to wipe down surfaces, clean hands and wipe any dirt on tops. I find them very versatile, strong and careful on skin.
Whenever I've needed to contact customer services about my subscription, they have always replied swiftly, been very polite and super helpful.
