My card was charged fot this subscription I was never aware of . I understand that you guys have protocols and policies you need to follow . Mason was able to provide at least 50% refund of my payment . Thank You .

Ahlby resolved and process for the refund

"I had an issue with my subscription and automatic payment, and I wasn't fully aware of how the instructions worked.

I didn't know that subscription have payment and it will be charge every month. I contact there customer services live chat to raise may concern. Its actually my first time seeing the email regarding the payment since i was wondering i have purchases on pure gaming which i didn't make, that's when i check my email on promotion about pure gaming.
I am actually worried 😟 about it and wishing for a refund since i couldn't afford to pay extra dues since i have an infant to buy milk. My salary is low so additional expenses is not possible for my part. Actually ill be borrowing money to pay the extra dues in my credit card.
I used it so that payment of may expenses will be extended for days.

Ahlby was incredibly helpful in resolving my concern and was glad to have a refund since I didn't really know the dues.

They patiently explained everything, and answer my concern and give exemption to their rules.
Now Ahlby will processed my refund smoothly, and ensured
I understood the process moving forward. Their professionalism and prompt assistance made the experience stress-free now.
I truly appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you, Ahlby!"
And hoping for the refund of the said subscription.

My experience with Eugene

I was confused but when Eugene assisted me with my concerns raised on the renewals and subscriptions all my doubts were cleared. I am waiting for the refund as promised and my experience with him will be completed. He is truly up to the task and he is doing well. He knows how to assist customers very well. Thanks Eugene. I'm grateful for your assistance 👍

Refund

I appreciate the promptness of the team in initiating the refund process and their clear communication regarding the membership cancellation. However, we remain cautious as the funds have not yet been received. We are waiting for the promised amount and will provide an update if any issues arise.
