The company is dishonest and knowingly misleads customers.

I ordered a product that was in stock and even available for express delivery (which I luckily did not pay for). A few days after ordering I contacted them asking where the product is. And they said that they will expect to get it in ONE MONTH! Nowhere was there a mention about any delays and I only got this information when I myself asked. Still to this day the company keeps selling the product and claiming that it's in stock.

I also have a strong suspicion that most of the 5 star reviews are fake. Just look at them. No real information, just hyping how good the company is.

Unfortunately, this website provides misleading and incorrect information. The item that I ordered 3 weeks ago is not in stock, despite it still saying that it is on the website. I have not received the refund that I requested. I would not trust this website at all.

I have no idea how this shop has a high rating like that.

I have bought a robot vacuum on preorder and it should have been available from 13th September.
At the end of August I have noticed that the shop started showing that robot is in stock and available for immediate shipment. I have contacted the shop asking when will they ship it, since it is already in stock.
I was told that they do not have it and that they will receive it on 3rd September.
Since then, I have been emailing with their useless customer support and every time a different date is given to me. In the meantime the shop still shows goods in stock and the number of stock available goes down so people keep buying it and probably not receiving what they paid for!!!!
Today is 21st September and the latest update I got says, that they do not know when they will receive the goods from supplier and that they will send it to me as soon as available.
This is ridiculous and false advertising!
Stay away from this shop if you can.

I ordered a Husqvarna Automower at Wed May 26th. Before placing the order I did verify the model in question was supposed to be in stock (17 of them actually) and thus could be send immediately. After couple of days of "no actions" I asked why my order is still not shipped. Got the standard answer of "Your order will be shipped in a few days.". It is now 6 days after the order, and the order status is still "in process". To me it looks like they did not have it in stock and/or their processes are terribly slow. Anyway, this was my first and most probably the last order with them. Actually, I am now considering to cancel my order and to go somewhere else.

Update 06.06.2021
- 11 days since the order, the order is still not sent.
- The delay is claimed to be due to "logistical difficulties" which they are trying to solve.
- As per the company's webpage, ordered products are still showing as "in stock"
- Claim created for ECC about misleading advertisement.
- The only positive thing is that customer service is answering promptly even answers itself are a bit vague.
- Stars dropped from 2 to 1

Update 13.6.2021
- 18 days since the order. Soon the first warranty month (out of 24) is gone gone considering the shipping time.
- Order status is still: "in process"
- Shipping was supposed to be received/send at June 10th, but apparently it was not as no shipping notification is received.

Update 17.06.2021
- Robot is still not sent and order status still "in process".
- Customer service informed me at 15.06: "We still haven't received the package, there are problems with the transport."
- Today I got a very interesting email from Trustpilot Integrity team as follows: "myrobotcenter.eu has flagged your review because they aren’t sure you've had a genuine experience with them."
- Now bear in mind that I have already once provided them all customer and order information which they used in their reply - so they DO have it but what is their motivation for report the review as "fake"? To get rid of bad reviews by all means perhaps?
- I had no issues sharing the requested information with Truspilot in order to secure my review and avoid it go to "offline".

- I cancelled the order due to non-delivery
- Refund received without delays
- I bought the Automower from another shop and it is already with me.

It's a nightmare!! Very bad experience, one of the worst since I buy on-line. Ordered on April 5 (in pre-order) with availability and shipping date scheduled on Apr 20. Today, May 11, I didn't received the robot yet. I needed to ask each week to the a very poor customer service, with a lot of emails without any answers different from "we will ship as soon we'll receive the item".

How the hell do they have a 4.9 rating on here? Their customer service must be one of the worst ones!!

Loving the variety on offer here. The prices are very competitive and quite frankly I'd say hard to beat in some instances.

I'm quite interested in the window cleaner robot as I have tall glass which is not the easiest to access inside e without leaning on it somewhat. The window cleaner has no problem outside with his hose and brush.
