this company is shockingly bad. Ordered 2 light shades, when they eventually arrived, they were not made from the expected material, and looked nothing like the pictures. When I wanted to return them I had to jump through hoops, and their suggestion that I kept them anyway. I followed their instructions for return, costing a small fortune, months later still have not received a refund, and one of the packages has just been returned to me. No response to my emails either.

I purchased a lantern from MySalights in February 2026. I had planned to leave a review earlier, but for one reason or another some time passed — so I’m finally writing it now.
After installing the lantern, I noticed it appeared slightly unbalanced once hung. I contacted customer service and shared a short video to explain the issue.
Julie handled everything with professionalism, understanding, and genuine care. The communication was clear and quick, and she immediately offered a replacement without requiring me to return the original item.
In the end, I decided to upgrade to a different model and simply paid the price difference. The entire process was smooth and handled with real attention to customer satisfaction.

I ordered three lamps from this website, which presents itself as a high-end brand, and paid nearly €300. Unfortunately, the products I received did not match that image at all. The quality was poor and the items appeared to be widely available elsewhere at a much lower price.
In my experience, the value does not reflect the price, and I would not recommend buying from this store. I suggest comparing options carefully before purchasing. I also tried to contact customer service multiple times, sending many emails, but never received any response at all.

UPDATE FOLLOWING RESPONSE: I think you’re getting confused here. Your product is unsafe and would not pass UK safety regulations as certified by a qualified electrician. You should not be selling this product. Whether you get your dangerous product back or not is not the issue here, we have been miss-sold a product both in terms of build quality and safety and therefore are owed a full refund. We’ll do you a favour and recycle the light, if it ever is actually returned to us.
We ordered the a living room chandelier and while it arrived in good time clearly was of a poor build quality. A member of our family is also an electrician and told us that the light would in no way pass UK safety guidelines. We told Mysalights this and they proceeded to offer us more and more make good options whilst avoiding the full refund option. They then told us to fill out a form which we did and return the light in original packaging. This cost me £45 to send to the Netherlands (yeah I know right?!), this sat in Dutch customs for a month and has just now been rejected and is apparently being "returned to sender"!!!
I will not be installing this if it comes back. All I want is my refund for the original £240. I'll even waive the £45 I lost posting this unsuccessfully to stop this eternal back and forth just trying to get back what I am LEGALLY owed! 0 stars would have been my review had that been an option. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!

I don't like writing bad reviews, but I feel that I have no choice here. I was looking for some nice, flush ceiling lights for a newly refurbished lounge/dining room area. I found the customer service team at mysalights to be very responsive and this convinced me that they were a company to do business with. I opted for units which are still described on the website as having a tri-colour mode allowing me to switch through 3 colour temperatures. Still I had to select a colour temperature when I placed the order, so I presumed this would be the default colour when the new lights arrived. When they did arrive I became wary because they are clearly flimsy Chinese tat, and when there was no remote control (despite being referred to in the accompanying documentation) I contacted the customer service team to query the situation. They said that despite the wording on the website, which I attached to my message, they had shipped the colour that I had ordered. They don't want to help, so I will now seek redress through my payment provider. The lesson is that if something appears too good to be true then it certainly will be. These units will be destined for the bin, and I will visit a high-street, reputable dealer where I can see what I am purchasing.
EDIT. Mysalights responded to my review. Their response may have disappeared now that I am editing my review, but their response said that they realised they were responsible for shipping delays due to the fragile nature of the product. I didn't raise any concerns about shipping delays, so clearly their responses to reviews are either AI-generated (in which case they really need to subscribe to a better bot) or else are just stock text. They also said they'd tried to offer a resolution. Utter nonsense; in fact, I think that a clear lie such as this shows that this is not a company to do business with. I never thought I would fall victim to a rogue trader. I regret that I was lured in by this one.

Don’t get fooled. This company is not even based in Europe. They drop ship cheap products from China, which is not worth the price they cost. Also consider that you must return the products to China which technically makes returns extremely difficult and very costly (potentially costing you more than the product itself)

Don't order with this company. I placed an order on the 2nd of February. The tracker told me it had been shipped on the 4th of February. I chased it up on the 12th of March, have been told the lights didn't pass their quality checks so others would be released shortly. No further update, so asked for a refund on the 29th of March, to be told its in transit. It clearly can't both be in transit but also not released because of the quality checks. Im now being refused a refund. Please dont order from this company!!

I ordered four lights on the 4th of March 2026, I was told they would be delivered to me in one to two weeks at the point of order.
I have not received my order, the order tracker does not work.
I have been told by Mysalights that my order is with EVRi, I was told to ring EVRi myself and chase my own order Mysalights would not do it.
EVRi told me they can not deliver my lights and I should cancel my order with Mysalights.
Of course Mysalights lights are not responding.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I thought they were a legitimate dutch company. Our lights are stuck at customs with no update from the company. Don't order.
Finally got a refund but it took a lot of emails. I would not order.

Really save yourselft a big trouble and just don't buy here you will loose your money. I returned the lamps as it wasn't what suitable for me, it took like 20 emails to manage to get the address of them for return and now they don't refund. Did one lamp refund, the rest after more than one month nothing. Now that I sent official complain asking to give the money back, they don't even respond me.
So save yourself a trouble.
3/27/2026 Would like to add an update on my review, as I have recieved finally the full refund. Very happy we can close this chapter eventually with good results.

Sent me the wrong lights , extremely push to force customer to keep the wrong items , tried partial refunds even though it was their faulty to send wrong items .
I have opened a dispute with my credit card to get my full refund .
Please do yourself a favour and do not purchase from this company but if you are having problems go straight to your card company to get your refund .

The quality of the lights certainly didn't match what's shown on the website. Ugly, cheap details which ruin the look of the light. Customer service also felt like nothing but a scam throughout, constantly stalling for time. In the end, the return was processed, but it was a very drawn out process.

My light was delivered with the wrong type of plug attached, making it dangerous to use without adaptation. After seeing a number of reviews, I was very concerned the company wouldn’t help me. However, I cannot fault the response by customer service, and the way they handled the situation, sending out a full replacement light with the correct plug as soon as possible. Whilst the products themselves may be of misleading origin, they are not poor quality, and the company is obviously trying hard to give good service in their operations. My new lamp with the correct plug is working well and looks lovely, so thank you to the customer service team at mysalights for delivering the exceptional customer service they promised.

The product looked nothing like the website photos - this website seems to be a scam. Expensive but when they arrived they looked very cheap. The lights took so long to arrive that our builders had finished. They tried to convince us to get money back instead of a refund and when we posted back the package was returned by customs so we lost even more money.

I cannot recommend buying anything from this company. I needed to return a lamp, and despite sending many emails and videos of the lamp, they refused to provide me with a return label. It has been a terrible experience, and I can only say: do not buy from this company.
Mysalight has now replied to me, and after 8 emails I was finally allowed to return the lamp — provided that I pay for the return shipping myself. However, I still haven’t received my money, so at this point I can only say: do not use this company.
