We looked everywhere for a spa to suit…

We looked everywhere for a spa to suit our needs. We ended up at at My Spa where Sarah was so helpful nothing was too much trouble . It helped to have a wet trial as I tested out a few of the spas. Due to the weather and a few rearranged installations dates we have finally got our spa in place. The team have been great throughout the whole experience and we look forward to continue our relationship with them. Thanks guys.

The most fabulous experience!!!

I cannot stress enough how amazing this experience has been from the beginning to the end. We were not the easiest customers with all our questions - all answered perfectly from a wonderful sales team Andy and Sarah. Such lovely touches like Prosecco and Christmas cake delivered to our house ahead of installation. The installation team were amazing and really looked after us and went the extra mile to make everything go smoothly. We are over the moon with our hot tub it looks stunning. Sam was brilliant with my stupid questions on chemical training and they all worked really hard (Sam, Bill, Matt and Sean) Thankyou so much to everyone at My spa.

Great Service From the Whole Team

All of the staff at MySpa are very helpful and knowledgeable. We have received brilliant service right from the beginning when browsing the website, the first visit, wet test through to installation.
Great installation job by Sam the team. Patient when manoeuvring the tub through a tight spot. Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable explaining how everything worked.

Excellent experience from initial…

Excellent experience from initial contact with Andy & Sarah when we had an afternoon wet testing the different hot tub's to preparing for delivery with John's assistance through to installation with Sam, John & Bill yesterday. Everyone has been very professional, knowledgable, helpful and informative I have no hesitation in highly recommending MYspa.

Sundance Optima Spa

Great install of my Sundance Optima Spa.
Great attention to detail and clear instructions from Sam.

Chris & Bill did a good job getting the spa in place.
A smooth installation and good communication throuhout from sale to install.

Very happy customers

Really pleased with the service and our new hot tub. Dave did a great job of explaining everything to us. The whole team are really friendly and know exactly what they are talking about. True professionals. Would recommend them to anyone.

Great dealing with My Spa UK everything…

Great dealing with My Spa UK everything went like clockwork. Installation went smoothly apart from the rain but the guys worked through it. Thank you also for the chemical instruction very clear and easy to follow.

Fantastic experience from start to finish

Fantastic experience from start to finish with MySpa. Right from the very first trip to the outdoor showroom Andy and the team didn't pressure us and their knowledge and helpfulness was standout compared to other places we had visited. Even during the wet test there was no hard selling. The installation team were prompt and did things to a high standard.

The Myspa Team Experience

The Myspa Team experience from sales, testing, finance, and installation completed the job in the most professional and friendly manner.
We couldn't have been happier with our McKinley Hot Tub and are already looking forward to some relaxing evenings and weekends.

We’re just in to our second day of…

We’re just in to our second day of owning our own sundance spa ....., we have nothing but praise for the whole team from Andy who answered all our questions on our wet test....
An absolute must if your thinking of purchasing any hot tub and the install team were excellent who were Sinclair Sam and Chris most helpful on the day although the weather was appalling would highly recommend a visit to the my spa showrooms

Outstanding Customer Service...

Our second Spa from this wonderful team! From choosing to Installation, you are in very safe, professional hands who will guide you though the whole process.
They will show you their whole range in a very objective way and no salesperson will ever pester you.
Even if you go and look at their extensive range, you will have a good time. Take your bathing clothes and towels and you can try for free...

We are very pleased with our hot tub and MySpa.

We began looking seriously at having a hot tub in February 2019 after having occasional casual looks, if we came across suppliers in garden centres, over a period of several years.
Before we did any visits we did some research on hot tubs what to look for, and potential suppliers so that we got a feel for the subject and started to comprehend the areas that we were unsure about - all essential if you are going to test the quality of a supplier's "chat".
We visited a number of potential suppliers (who were all BISHTA members) over a period of a couple of weeks and came to the conclusion that MySpa suited us best. This was based upon their range of tubs available and the discussions we had with Dave who, although normally involved in installation and maintenance, was in the shop on our first visit and he proved to be a knowlegable guide around the display. We also gained a feeling of trust in MySpa's wish to have a longer term relationship with their clients rather than just seeking to sell a tub and move on.
After that first visit we went away to review what we had gleaned and decided to take them up on the offer of "a trial soak". The trial was strongly recommended by MySpa so that we could satisfy ourselves that a hot tub was for us (it was March by this time but still a good test of our commitment to go in a tub in early Spring) and to help us choose the right model. Both objectives were met.
The final potential issue for me was whether the tub could be delivered through the very tight gap between my house and the boundary fence. No problem, Dave did a site visit and confirmed that, although the gap was very tight, they would get the tub through.
The purchase process was very straightforward and a provisional date for delivery was agreed which allowed time for me to get the power supply organised and an existing patio replaced (no point in putting a new hot tub on a patio that is past its best). Both were achieved successfully and the tub was delivered and installed on the date agreed at the outset. By early afternoon on the day of delivery the tub was filled, heating up, and we were trained on how to keep the water quality maintained. The following day (the mains water that was used to fill the tub was quite cold so took half a day to heat up) we used the tub for the first time and have used it almost every day since. Water quality maintenance is simple and straightforward - nothing like as complicated as we feared.
We have had a couple of problems with a noisy pump but as soon as we have contacted MySpa they have responded and sorted things out very quickly which I take to be a practical indication of the commitment to on-going customer service that we identified when choosing them.
It is now almost three months since we got our tub and we are delighted with it and use it every evening, rain or shine. Consequently we are very pleased with our purchase and with our choice of MySpa to supply, install and help us maintain it.

We had visited a few hot tub showrooms…

We had visited a few hot tub showrooms around Lincolnshire, but found them very pushy. Whilst in Leicester on business we decided to look at My Spa. The service and help in a relaxed manner made us at ease. On our return home we booked a wet test and with the help of Andy picked a Sundance Spa.
The hot tub was installed by his team on time and all the chemicals and maintenance explained.
We love are spa and thanks for the great service.
