The advice and care from the outset was exceptional. It is a big decision to make especially during COVID lock down. Being impossible to see the Tubs let alone wet test before we purchased we relied on the honest advice and support from the experts. The team were amazing and this continued through to the installation day. The install team were well planned, respectful and careful. The chemical training needs some time and thought and despite their day being old they stayed until we were completely satisfied and understood. Great team end to end thank you all.

Good friendly advice at point of choosing which hot tub to have, not pushed to have one bigger than needed or more expensive.
Care taken in positioning the hot tub so that it was central under a Pergola.
All staff courteous and on time for appointments.
Had a small problem with hot tub being at too higher temperature. Engineer came out swiftly to alter settings.
Visits during Corona Virus times have been carefully planned and executed, very impressed on how the company handled these visits safely for the customer and the worker. Would definitely recommend getting a hot tub from them.
