The Myspa Service team

The Myspa team provides a first class service and provides great expertise all round. Jamie recently did a great job on our hot tub servicing and minor repair, with fantastic support from Jenni and John.

Very satisfied

Had our hot tub installed by Ash & his team, great service, everything explained well, friendly & polite.
We were relieved to see them take our Blue Whale Spa away that has brought us nothing but trouble since day one.
Dealing with MySpa has been so easy from start to finish with Kurtess at the showroom through to the electrics to the final installation.
Would definitely recommend.

Excellent keep up the good work

Hi Having purchased an Hot Tub from My Spa Leicester back in July, we’ve had it now for three months and It’s now time to thank everyone who helped us choose the right Tub, and helped us enjoy our first three months. Special thanks to everyone we have spoken to either In person or over the phone ordering chemicals or setting up the maintenance programme. It all started with meeting Brooke from the sales team, a very polite and knowledgeable person. Then David and his installation team, a very professional job done. Then last week Cathy with our first maintenance scheduled visit, excellent job she had time and patience to answer all our questions. Well done everyone keep up the good work.

Visited the Rutland My spa show space…

Visited the Rutland My spa show space at the Garden Centre near Oakham and had a look at the various spas on show. Good selection at various prices. I spoke to a sales lady the next day as a follow up call from them. We chose a lovely 7 seater Potsdam spa. It has been delivered today 24/8. The installation team called me this morning with an ETA and arrived on time. All 3 guys were very sociable and polite. Very informative and easy to talk to. They showed me all the various chemicals and spa walk around and demo of the tubs controls and features. Excellent service from the whole team. From Hannah and Tom in the sales team through to the installation team. Very pleased and it’s an easy recommendation for me. Great service very professional outfit. The spa is lovely. Well built and a super finish. Lots of features. and more jets than the RAF!

Aftercare Service - MySpa

Cathy is great! We have a quarterly hot tub clean and Cathy does a fantastic job. She is always very friendly and caries out a thorough and professional job every time. Nothing is too much trouble and she is always willing to answer questions and offer advice on keeping the hot tub in top condition. She even calls in advance to ask if we would like her to bring anything with her - excellent service, thank you!

We are very happy with our Spa/hot tub. It was a great experience from start to finish. Brooke was the salesperson and Ash was the Installer both very knowledgeable and helpful, we would differently recommend the whole team. 5* service - Karen & Nigel

I love my tub thanks Myspa

I am very please with the process of buying my tub from myspa from ordering, Jess in the Macclesfield branch is so nice and helpful, also customer care service and now just had my annual service, the lads were very good and professional.
All together a great experience and loving my tub 😁

Perfect job by Chris, Ash and Leon

Perfect job by Chris, Ash and Leon, delivered on time installed well and promptly. Perfectly positioned filled and then a comprehensive training session on use, safety, chemicals and maintenance….all in all a top job and all that’s left is to get in the spa and enjoy it. Thank you 👍🏻

I cannot fault the support and service…

I cannot fault the support and service from My Spa in helping us choose our pankow wellness spa. Jess in Macclesfield showroom has been fabulous throughout.

Last week it was delivered and installed by Chris and his team. They made it all so easy and they were excellent not only with a no fuss professional install but teaching us about the maintenance

It’s been in regular use - thanks all

Aftercare Service - MySpa Loughborough

Have a 3 monthly clean and always ask for Cathy, she is amazing and WOW my spa feels and looks great afterwards. She always takes that little extra care. A lovely and very professional lady who carries out an excellent job. You have a real diamond there MySpa.

Great service from an excellent company .

Great service from our original point of contact right up to the delivery and installation by Ash and his team . Communications with this company is amazing and kept well informed every step of the way . On the day the team worked with the electrician to get up and running in just a couple of hours and Ash went through the chemicals and aftercare . All in all I would recommend MySpa for a highly profession job done . Thank you

Great experience with MySpa

Great experience with MySpa. From initial sales conversations through to the installation. We bought a Sundance hot tub and are very happy with it. Looks great and feels great. Thank you for making this a smooth experience.

I’m looking for the 10 Star button yet…

I’m looking for the 10 Star button yet again but that’s only to be expected with the MySpa Team
Just had Chris and his Team at MySpa commission my MySpa Hot Tub and as per usual with the entire MySpa Team, absolutely nothing was too much trouble
The whole MySpa Team really does personify the definition of excellence
They epitomise professionalism but in such a friendly way you feel like your part of the family
If you are seriously considering a Hot Tub investment then MySpa will not only look after you every step of the way but will deliver way beyond even your most demanding expectations
Thanks again MySpa it’s been an absolute privilege to become one of your customers !

5 Star Service & Advice

Buying a hot tub is a bit like buying a car and you want to get it from a good 'dealership'. Brooke, Ben and the MySpa team were so helpful in helping me decide which hot tub would be right for me and my family. They have excellent 5-star service, they are always available to answer questions and help. The set-up they have is great as they have a wide range of tubs for different wants and budgets and it was great to be able to try these out on a wet test and discuss the pros and cons as it can be a tricky decision. I have not seen this many tubs available to test anywhere else. So if you're looking definitely book in to see them.
