Simply amazing

Simply amazing, I was given this gadget as a gift and I can honestly say it’s made a massive difference to my life and partners. We had a terrible sex life and this has simply turned it around, I’m easily aroused by her and no need to take any ED pills.

Faulty product and no refunds or replacements, beware.

Waited for two months to receive my Tenuto due to issues overseas (not the companies fault, but frustrating nonetheless). I finally received it and charged it only to find the Tenuto vibrated for two minutes and then turned off. It would not respond to any inputs on the device or through the remote control I bought to go with it. I wrote customer service a week ago asking for help and have not received any response. They have my money and I have a product that didn’t even work once, so apparently I am screwed, protect yourself and do not buy.

Product broke almost immediately

Product broke almost immediately. Would not turn on our hold a charge. Then would turn on suddenly for no reason and would but be able to turn it off. I think I wrote 3-4 emails to customer service and they never responded once. Terrible service

Don’t bother

Do NOT buy anything from this company. Terrible (actually nonexistent) service. I’m not anticipating a refund for the crescendo I ordered. Doesn’t turn off! Charger kept blinking red and it was HOT! It won’t pair with an iPhone and the app is confusing. As for the vibration. Might work if you’re super sensitive. There’s no phone number to call. Emails just get the standard msg to “call” during office hours. What a ridiculous contraption.

My product has a faulty charger *UPDATING*

My product has a faulty charger. I have sent two emails to customer service in the past four days with no response. I’m sure it’s a great product but I have no way of knowing until it can be charged/user.

Update 1/10; received messages and amazing help from MysteryVibe following my post. Received my new replacement charger yesterday and a label to send the old one back. They sure righted this wrong experience quickly!

They sent me the wrong product so I contacted customer care and they requested I send it back, and they will ship me the right product. I sent back the item the same day with UPS.
I have contacted customer care multiple times and no one has responded back to let me know when the new item will be shipped. I would not recommend!!!!!!!

After receiving a faulty charger, I contacted the customer service chat. It has been more than three hours and I'm still in chat waiting for someone to answer. What a waste of money and time. This customer service is a joke.

Their 48-hr shipping

Their 48-hr shipping, isn't 48-hr shipping, and when I tried to subsequently cancel the order, they replied that the order had been shipped out. They never addressed the cancelation email. Skip these guys.

If it's too good to be true, it probably is.

People need to think about the fact that there are no negative reviews here. That was my first mistake, trusting these reviews.

My second mistake was trying over and over and over again to make this thing work. Thinking it was my body's fault.

Here are the issues:

1) They say this is for all body types, but that's just not so. Unless your clitoris is closer to your belly button than to your vagina, this won't work for you. The last bend/pivot point is an inch and a half away from where the clit is. The vibrations hit on the mons, rather than the clit.

2) The bends on the device won't stay vent. So, while you think it's a great idea to bend a piece to hit your gspot, and then bend it again to hit your clit, the inside piece is straight again before it gets inside, and you have to keep your hand on the rest of the device the entire time just to keep it bent to have contact with your clit.

3) the tenuto physically hurts the balls of anyone using it. It also has the vibrations at a ridiculous height, still not giving vibrations to the clit.

This company makes it impossible to contact them, give feedback, and make returns. This was such an extraordinary waste of money.

My female partner said it doesn't feel…

My female partner said it doesn't feel natural. She has said that about virtually all toys that have been introduced over the years. "NATURAL IS BEST".
As the male participant portion, I am rather excited to utilize the Crescendo to enhance our love making/foreplay.
I will say it is by far a superior vibrator to others I have seen with all the variable settings and flexibility/bendableness. At this point of time I am at an impasse in my relationship with continued use.

the worst sex toy..

the worst sex toy... the app just so unclear to use and when you try to create your own setting, it just keep jump out and disconnect to the vibrator... the charger and the vibrator gets really hot while charging...
MOST IMPORTANT !!! the shape of the vibrator is flat so it CANNOT stimulate your clit, it just won't fit. the shape just don't make sense. It has a reason that there are no other vibrator is flat....

Wanted to love it 👎🏻

I purchased the crescendo and although I wanted to love, it’s not for me. Not powerful enough, the several different motors are too small and the different settings are not great. It’s loud, the buttons are not in an easy to use spot, Bluetooth to the app does not work. The flaps on the end are uncomfortable on my skin and I’ve had a better time with a much cheaper vibe...if you knOw what I mean. The list of negatives goes on. Wish I could return but oh well.
