Every product that I have ever gotten from this company has been awesome there is nothing else to say just an all out awesome I'd recommend them to everyone I know and I have to all of my friends and family

The shipping is exceptionally fast as well as guaranteed. I had to reach out to customer support and the issue was resolved within minutes. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

We had trouble with a couple of products we ordered, but the company responded very quickly and are sending replacements for the problem products. Very great company will probably purchase other things from them thanks.

I won't go into detail me specific issue, but it's related to their customer service. The products I've ordered from them are always unique and awesome! My issue is directly with customer service. If I were rating just customer service my rating would drop to two stars.

Tactical promos offer quality products at discounted prices. At the same time, their promos are a little misleading leading to extra charges. However. If you contact Tzctical promos they are more than happy to straighten things out.

I had a great experience. Loved all the merchandise and really enjoyed the items I received.

I made a mistake while trying to order something and realized it afterwards. I emailed and phoned support with my concerns that I totally messed up and a $49.95 amount was added to my Visa that I did not want. They emailed me back 3 hours later telling me they "corrected my order as requested". I was so grateful you can't imagine. Next day checked my Visa account and all is good and my order I wanted was shipped. Couldn't ask for better customer service!! Susan

They make it right. I can’t complain

I accidentally clicked on something while trying to make a purchase and it charged me around $50. I was a bit bummed at first, but one email later, they had a refund on its way back to me! It turned an already crappy day right around! I will definitely continue doing business with this company in the future. Their customer service is amazing!

Yeah totally legit reseller. Good customer service. Some of their promos are way out there and I won't mess with those. The customer experience is not seamless and a little confusing. The website's and different addresses are fragmented and need to be unified under one umbrella and one website convenient even for those who do not have a membership. Everybody should do their price due diligence with items as you would with any shopping experience. I recommend
