I ordered 5 of the tactical mystery boxes and never received a confirmation about it , I dont know if this is a scam or not

I've had an overall solid experience with this company over the last 2 years. I've ordered many products and have always received my items in a timely manner (usually within 7-10 business days, sometimes faster) and the quality of the products has been awesome. You do have to read the fine print though, as some orders also include trial subscriptions to magazines or other services that charge $47-$67 per month if you don't cancel them within the free trial period. That said, I have never had an issue canceling or being charged unnecessarily.

I was charged $37 for shirts three months in a row! Also, I initially was charged $16.69 for unknown reason. I contacted them and they only refunded the $16.69. My request for a return mailing envelope was not met. So now I will contact my credit card company to dispute the transactions.

Never received confirmation of my order! But they didn’t hesitate to take the money from my account immediately! Then kept receiving emails that I never finished my purchase and to go to my tactical promos to complete my order! Then I waited for my purchases and nothing ever showed up! When I finally got someone to email me back they said I needed to wait 2 weeks and I should receive my purchases! I explained that it was close to a month already and where were my orders ! Since I had ordered 4 items! Then proceeded to send picture of my bank account where they removed the money just a few days after my order! After emailing back and forth for over a week or 2 they decided instead of sending me my orders , they refunded my money! Then I waited biggest problem was these were to be Birthday gifts! So now I’m out my gifts! I felt with all my inconveniences that they could give me a discount! Now haven’t even heard back from anyone! Not very good customer service from this company! 😠😞👎🏼

I'VE ORDERED MANY ITEMS FROM THEM, This order was supposed to be: 2 free mystery boxes @ $10.99 each S&H +$9.95 EACH TO EXPIDITE&iNSURE... 1ST they changed the charges to include some club multiple times I didn't order, after a day got that straight. 5 days and I get 1 small box with 2 items inside, and a email that my order was delivered ...I reply wanting to know where the other box is, to be told it was all in the one box... charged 2 S&H and expidite fees for 1 small box, say I want my other box and stop scamming people , have been refunded now, but if I hadn't paid attention they'd have taken me for $hundreds, CS Blocked me from ever ordering again for asking if they were high.

Haven't received box yet but customer service has been helpful

I was offered a T-shirt for $2.49. Since then I’ve found two other charges to my account for $37.00. I never agreed to these charges and I’ve gotten nothing in return. This is a scam, it’s not a promotional deal. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, and if you did, contact your bank immediately. They will try to rip you off.

I enjoy my initial President Signature T-shirt, however a membership was not disclosed at purchase but daily these folks try to debit my account for at least .99 cent!. And made an offer tonight for 5 additional T-shirts for the offer amount (shipping) but charged $49.95 that I didn't authorize knowingly because I don't have $49.95 for T-shirts tonight but could have been excellent Christmas gifts if the actual price had been made known to me. Tactical responded to my concern immediately and that appeases me somewhat.

I've gotten 2 tactical knives from these guys. I bought one at a half-off price and the other just paid shipping! I've also bought a solar charging flashlight w/phone charger ports and paid a discounted price. Their product that they had each time was exactly what they said it was and arrived within the timeframe that they said it would.

At first I was a little confused but after talking to Jake he explained everything to me and I was very satisfied with the whole process

I can't thank these guys enough for what they do. I love the product they giveaway for the cost of shipping. And I can't say enough about the people that works for my tactical promos. They've all been so courteous and kind every time I spoke with them. They've always seemed to help me and work things out with me if I have any kind of issue at all whatsoever. They just do an awesome job. I love the tactical boxes that they give away, they're absolutely awesome it's just trying to make sure that I can afford them every month so I've kind of worked out to where I think I can make it work with every quarter making a payment for the ProBox. That works better for me. My job is weather related. If it's raining I'm not working. So I'm going to do whatever I can to stick with them as long as I can and keep enjoying these products they keep coming up with. Seems like it's always something new coming out. Anyone reading this please do yourself a favor and don’t do business with this company!! I purchased a t-shirt from them at the agreed upon price and then my card was hit with almost daily tries at getting more money!! THEY ARE NOT LEGIT!! SCAM!!
