They should rename the customer care deptt as customer harassing deptt. Almost a month before our travel date my husband suffered a major heart attack and was admitted in ICU. We sent mails, sent all required documents (discharge summary and doctor's certificate) for cacellation and refund of tickets but the company decided to give us back a shameful sum of Aed 78 for the tickets which cost us close to Aed3000. We pleaded for transfer to some other person, they replied it was against their policy. We asked for change of dates atleast, they demanded sn additional Aed1867 for the same. Shame on the company for being so insensitive towards a genuine plea. Is this called customer care. I swear I'll never book tickets with this company ever again who have no compassion for its customers in their difficult time. Fear god, is the least I can say.
After receiving their deliberately polite and political reply it is obvious that there are no humans working at 'my tickets', only machines because humans have compassion. If they have slightest decency they should refund our tickets totally as the reason couldn't be more genuine and heart rending. They did not even mention in the reply about the huge sum they asked for changing the dates. They asked for Aed1869 vs any other decent company that asks for just aed 200/ ticket. The company is clearly fraud and is up to cheating its customers by hook or by crook.

I ve paid the full amount. Initially, their support assured you that your ticket would be confirmed within 12 hours. However, after waiting for 3 hours and checking back, they informed you that the airline had canceled your ticket. Additionally, it's been over 6 hours, and i haven't received a refund yet. This situation certainly calls for a review reflecting the lack of reliable communication and efficient handling of your booking and refund process.

I used this website first time . As I am a regular traveler and I have to go to my country for my rotation after each month . As due to Muslims occasion "Eid" I could not find cheap flight then I went to WEGO and found my ticket.com and purchased ticket . They said It will take 3 hours but after 5 hours I did not recieved tickets got worried and approached to them via live chat. They replied to wait. I checked the reviews then and a lot of negative review were there and that made me more sad. I also approached to WEGO and they assured me that website is legit and I don't have to worry . Now after almost 7 hours I got my tickets in Gmail from my ticket.com. although I have to waited a lot and was frustrated but the end result is positive so far. I will sure proffered this website in future to get cheap tickets. Just want to add that they must used robotic system to purchase tickets in short time . So guys some time due to negative comments we make our mind about the company or person accordingly but its not good. I hope my tickets will not be cancelled now as I read out the comments here that agency cancelled the tickets normally . Once again thanks myticket.com.

This is a honest Review. So checked for a flight and it was cheaper than other websites so i continued with the purchase after being suspicious i starting reading reviews which really made me scared that I was being scammed.
Lucky I gave my self hope and just had to give them a chance but sadly the ticket i purchased the original price had went up so they had to cancel my booking and they refunded back my money same day.
Please guys sometimes don't read the negativity cause it won't help. Follow the right procedure to be helped out.

I bought a tickets with one stop in Istanbul, paid, received a tickets, and after 2 days I received an email that y second flight is canceled by Turkish airlines. I was asking to return money in that case, sent an email and till now no any response from the agency.
I guess it’s a pure scam.

Hello, I would like to inform you that my reservation was a round-trip reservation. Unfortunately, after checking the carrier’s website, Flynas, I only found confirmation of the return flight without the outbound flight.... So difficult to process the payment. They make you pay extra just that you can pay for your tickets regardless of credit or debit card. The system said its free using Mastercard but the system keeps declining that payment method and you are forced to pay around 200aed just to process your payment.
After payment the issuance of the tickets takes forever. Makes you wonder if this site is legit at all.
Update - after 48hrs received an email apologizing that the connection I paid and got a booking number for is not available BUT they can offer at the same price same connection with longer waiting time. From my point of view this is worst connection and should be compensated. I am still waiting for my tickets and their reply.

Worst experience ever, scammers , liars and thieves.
When i asked for modification they gave me an amount to pay higher than the airline company offered.
When i asked for the refund, they repiled after the date of the flight and was treated as no show despite i contacted them before.
Don't do the same mistake to book with them. They are the worst ever
