Awful experience with My Transfers
Awful experience with My Transfers. Followed booking procedures on their website : added flight arrival time as requested. We arrived at Palma and encountered a crazy busy passport control which took nearly an hour (from plane to baggage collection). The driver called to say he wasnt waiting anymore and left. I explained that we were a baby and a toddler and he said he couldn't wait. I feel like the booking details are misleading. Nowhere was it clear that we had an hour otherwise I'd have put a later time knowing the issues currently going on. £110 down the drain.

Trip to the airport
Trip to the airport. Driver arrived 8min late. Then he argued that we had to pay the highway toll although we had already paid for the agreed price. Half way he needed to stop to get gasoline. And he was pretty rude on top. Never again. Do NOT recommend!

Terrible experience! Do not book this company.
Our driver arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes late after our flight landed. Instead of being greeted at the airport, we were left waiting outside in the extreme Cancun heat with no communication.
Calling the company’s phone numbers was useless—no one answered. Our text messages were also ignored. The company appears to be based in Europe, making it nearly impossible to reach anyone when there’s a problem.
This is one of the worst transportation experiences I’ve ever had. Save yourself the stress and book with a reliable local company instead.

High up there with the worst customer…
High up there with the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Wasted 3 hours of the last day of my holiday messaging their dismissive staff who then altered my booking to an entirely different location and refused to change it back and offered no form of compensation i ultimately made the journey, only because the driver contacted me to bypass customer service and sort it out directly with me. Dreadful.
They already investigated but refused a refund 2315783
Update. No your team closed the chat several times before allowing me to tell them they had made an error. They refused to accept that and said they couldn’t change it. The driver confirmed they did not get an update from you. I also did not receive an email with any correct information.
It is the company’s view that if I spend three hours sorting out their mess, so that I can eventually get the correct service, they have no obligation to offer any compensation.
I will never use you again. The stress you caused me on my last day of holiday with zero compensation for the time I had to spend sorting it out means you lose my custom.
As I said before I never received an updated correct booking. Lies. Still has the wrong destination on it.
Destination was palma airport. You had a different address.

The initial issue raised was related to the management and updating of the service details. As previously informed during our investigation, an unexpected system error occurred which temporarily affected the booking information. This issue was subsequently corrected, and confirmation of the service was provided so that the transfer could proceed as scheduled.
We understand that the situation caused frustration and required additional communication on your part. However, given that the transportation service was successfully delivered to the booked airport destination and fulfilled, we are unfortunately unable to process a refund or additional compensation in this case as previously informed.
