I have the Travelscoot Escape, great little machine. Works really well over gravel and grass. I have bought the seat suspension attachment as I'll be going over cobbles on holiday. Folds up really easily and quite easily lifted into the back of my Nissan qashqai.

Helpful advice on the phone, diagnosed the issue straight away and suggested a solution. Was a worn out, old charger and not the battery as I thought.

Ordered a new charger on line in the afternoon at a very reasonable price and it arrived next day. Remarkable!!

What a great piece of kit TravelScoot is- good looking, lightweight, easy to use and transport, well made and powerful! I am proud to use it and be seen to be in control rather than being pushed in a wheelchair. TravelScoot was well demonstrated without any pressure or instant decisions. To be honest it sells itself!

Travelscoot developing great! I intend to max my Escape out . Two baskets and the new caddy are really great for shopping. And according to the use I am able to adjust this scooter. Freedom starts not only with driving alone! Freedom for me means to be able to use my scooter for any trip, especially with mixed travel. To use a bus is different as to use a car/taxi and an airplane different to a cruise ship. This is an big advantage of a travelscoot escape . In any situation I am able to use this scooter! This is true freedom. How often do I see a class 3 or even 2 parked outside a big store or a shop. I do not need a theft lock as I am sitting on it ALL THE TIME, in the shopping centre, in a small shop,big shop on the pavement, pedestrian zone, on a bus, taxi, I am with my vehicle. If s.o. wants to steal my scooter he has to get me off it first!!!!!

This is the second scooter I have bopught, and it is a great improvement on the last (which I bought many years ago.
The agents in Watford were very helpful and it was a pleasure to visit them. A couple of queries that I had subsequently were dealt with instantly and I am very pleased with the performance of the scooter.

Great after service, simple phone call to Travel Scoot explained problem and received replacement a couple of days later.

The product has to improve and change it's safety factor to automatic stopping. The tyres are no good in wet and on studs before road cross overs. The speed in necessary to get past the studs which are meant to grip, but instead the wheels skid and dangerously so as it starts to role backwards back onto the traffic. It is like trying to handle a mount who is skidding in the mud.

I’ve had my TravelScoot for a few months now but haven’t used it much due to health reasons. When I have, it’s been great giving me a sense of freedom that I haven’t felt in ages. Robert has responded to any queries quickly and recently sourced another battery tray for me from Europe that I was looking for. A great company to deal with.
